But yes it is subject to fully shaven, properly cleaned from inside (douche) and well maintained without any bad smells. Most bottoms does not maintain basis hygiene in these matters so that's why may be most tops not prefer to rim. Enema kit is a bit more serious because the water will reach the colon , so multiple iterations are needed till clear water flows. a bit messy. dulcolax is a laxative which you can use to clear up , takes 6 hrs . you just have to stay hydrated . stop eating till the act , juices / drinks okay.
