So u are swallowing the semen too ,u can prevent this all by just using Flavoured condom for oral ,u can feel more joy with ur favourite flavour. Please use condoms always if u are having any sexual activity with strangers

But other STDs can transmit even without ejaculation. Only way to know for sure is to get tested and play with tested partners only.

The act of penetrative *** *** is the highest risk factor for all STDs as there is a lot of friction between the *** and the sensitive *** mucosal lining, both of which are rich in blood supply and are delicate. There is very very high chance of disease transmission through blood exchange even if there is no seminal discharge. Use condom for all penetrative *** ***. Oral *** is relatively safe as there are enzymes in the saliva that kill the virus. But it is not 100 percent safe. So better to be safe and use flavoured condom when indulging with random men. Also brushing your teeth before *** causes small invisible ulcers in the *** and gums which increases chances of getting infected. Another misconception is that if the person looks decent and healthy, he is disease free. NO. Even the most healthiest looking person maybe potentially infected or be a carrier for a disease, esp like viral Hepatitis and HIV. Hepatitis B has a vaccine but hepatitis C does not. These are more virulent then HIV and cause liver damage and lead to hepatic cancer in the long run. People also have a false sense of security if they are taking PREP (a preventive medication for HIV), not realizing that bareback *** can lead to other diseases even if you are on PREP as PREP protects only against HIV. For all gay men, staying away from *** with random partners is not possible as there is free *** available all around. My personal advise is to limit whenever possible and play safe by using condoms. Try to find a regular *** buddy or partner and both try to be safe.

No Picture Pixel	Posted On Mar 26, 2026 @blossam, since HPV is so prevalant & rampant in India, according to WHO more than 50% of adults above the age of 25 - 59 years has already been exposed to HPV and one in three men worldwide are infected with HPV but then again these statistics are very misleading because there are 100 - 150 types of HPV and only 12-15 types are of high-risk HPV and only known high-risk HPV types are 16 & 18 which are known to cause cevical cancer for women and for men it causes throat and *** cancer and the rest of low-risk HPV causes wart and lesions around genitals area. So the statistics doesn't specify the type of HPV people are infected with, even HPV Vaccination, Gardasil does not provide protect against all types of HPV, It provides protection only against 9 types of HPV including the high-risk HPV type 16 & 18. So my question is, even with the HPV vaccination, we are not completely safe because the vaccination provides protection against 9 types of HPV only but there are 100 -150 types of HPV spreading world wide. Don't you think that Gardasil vaccination is a false sense of security/protection?

It's not so easy to get infected with HIV, at least not as easy as other STDs. If I were you, I wouldn't worry so much about it. But getting tested is a good precaution. I am surprised the Govt. hospital asked you all those personal details; actually, they are not suppose to, they are not even suppose to ask your name. Anonnimity is very important and crucial from the psychological prespective of the patient. I guess there's no HIPPA law in India.

Regarding HPV: I am not yet vaccinated but thinking of getting Gardasil 4 or Cerevac. Birth of these tasks care of strains 11, 16 and 18 which are responsible for around 70 to 80% of infections. Gardasil 9 is the best, but is too costly (~10K per dose), though I can afford. Gardasil 4 and Cerevac are around 3K per dose and covers most dangerous one. But I'm still to make a decision.

From 1980 till late 1990s, when you are tested positive for HIV that means its a death sentence. Since 40 years of research and development of HIV medicine; in 21st century, we have highly effective antiretroviral therapy(ART) which can control & manage chronic HIV condition. Just like Diabetes, HIV can be managed & controlled far better than Diabetes through ART or HAART. With todays concotion of antiviral drugs HIV is hardly detectable when tested that led to say that we have almost curable HIV drugs. So guys, even if you get tested positive that doesn't mean a death sentence or end of the world to you. But most imporatant thing is getting tested for HIV, anytime you have doubt for any reason because early detection means easier & faster to treat.
