Check for sores and blisters.
They show the other person is infected with herpes.

Just walk away

If you take 200 mg doxycyckine within 72 hours of unsafe ***, the sooner the better (pref. within 24 hours) it reduces the chances of bacterial STDs like chlamydoa, gonorrhea and syphilis. It won't work for HIV exposure because that's a virus. You can get it at a medical store easily. Take 2 100 mg capsules after unsafe *** to minimize the risk of bacterial STDs. Stay safe everyone.

Get a good guy to whom you can enjoy frequently and then get all tests done related to std, sti and other infections. If you both are good then you can enjoy without any doubts.

But if anyone of you will have *** with a 3rd person without telling your partner then that's a risky because we always look for new taste so it's hard maintain safety.

Get your health tested in every 3 months to have *** without doubts

There are some Diseases like syphilis, Hepatitis B where incubation period is up to 3 months. That is if someone is infected with some diseases today then he will see the symptoms between 1 to 3 months it differs from person to person. So one should always have safe *** or your partner should be a trusted guy.

@Sarthak_2003 . I am from pharmaceutical background. Hence I can share my knowledge with you on syphilis. It is most common std in gays/queers.

Firstly it is curable if known at correct stage ...

At primary stage It will look like a ulcer in infected part either on ***,***,anus,***. The ulcer will be filled with fluid of Treponima palladium bacteria responsible for causing syphilis. This is most contagious period.

Then after few weeks in secondary stage there will be rashes on your palm and feet. Like red rashes spots on entire palm, also patchy hair loss, muscle weakness ( severe) etc symptoms are seen.

Then if intreated it goes to latent phase where no symptoms are seen. It can exist for many years, you won't even know you have any disease and then finally tertiary stage where it affects nervous system, heart , kidney, eyes etc along with gummas on face inshort painful death.

Till latent stage it can be prevented in primary only single shot of Intramuscular injection of Benzathine penicillin( penidura) on buttocks - ( it pains hell while injecting as it is a type of suspension that too given IM not IV.) IN Secondary or latent 3 shots are given at interval of 1 week.
In most hospitals.... Irrespective of stage they give 3 injection for 3 week... Means 1 injection each week.

Test to confirm syphilis are RPR .... And if RPR is positive then it is considered you have syphilis... Inorder to confirm and know how much concentration of bacteria is present there is test named TPHA. .

Generally it costs 500-600 rupees for test. And syphilis is known as the great immitator... As it mimics different disease hence difficult to diagnose..if you or you partner are sexually active take a test ....

Mostly people forget to use condoms in Hurry or don't considered that the condom is very important during ***. if you are having sexual activity with a stranger you don't know about him that he is infected or not ! it's better to use at least a condom while having sexual activity as there are many bacterial and viral diseases caused by sexual activities and if it not treated at right time it may be worst .make sure that is your partner is healthy and not infected. do not trust anyone instantly, give time to yourself to know ur partner better.use always condoms, if you see any symptoms related to above example in your partner immediately leave .

BE SAFE,BE HEALTHY

Good to know some knowledgeable persons are here helping others..
Want to clarify on some myths and possibilities...

1) Orals have less chances of STD compared to Penetrative ***?
2) Kissing can very very rarely transfer STI STD?
3) I have *** 4-5 *** so far with condom only. Not into penetrative *** and neither do I lick anything around *** which is not covered by condom. So no licking of balls and groin. Is it comparatively safe?

Harryz if either u or him is infected with something so it can be bad for both of u.if u know about him for years, know about his condition or health that he is not an infected person so that's fine but as u are telling that u met him while travelling so basically he is a stranger. u have no idea about his health condition,it is so important to use condoms, why u guys are not understanding that it is so - so important,if u consider that ur health is more important than ur dark desires so please use condoms for any type of sexual activity

This must be surprising to many that HIV infection is very low in India. However, STDs like Gonorhhea & Syphillis is very rampant but this should not
scare you all because all Bacterial STDs are Preventable with or without condoms and Treatable. As the title suggest, PEP after *** for safety and indeed it is a
very good remedy of avoiding bacterial STDs; even infected with bacterial STDs, they're very easily treatable. The virus STD which is very rampant in India is
human papillomavirus(HPV) or genital warts but not HIV. Not just India, HPV is very prevelant in all the western countries, too. HPV vaccine are available in India and
through out the world. There are certain types of high risk HPV virus that causes oral and *** cancer among men, particularly gays. HPV virus is highly infectious, it can
also be transmitted via oral *** or kissing. So get vaccinated for HPV.

With PEP, PrEP and HPV vaccination you are almost, completely safe, enjoy your life as a worry free happy gayman and be happy that you are blessed as a gay man.
Don't you ever think that being gay is a curse.

Just to clarify in my above comment, when I said PEP in the second sentence, I was actually referring to Doxy-PEP & PEP.

@Pixel - I noticed is that in many of the spas, masseurs offer such extra services by sleeping with multiple customers in a single day. How do we know if they are safe or not? Isn’t it scary? Many STIs can spread silently, even if those masseurs are on PrEP.

I see many guys mentioning that they had penetrative *** with masseurs which sounds highly risky. I heard that Chlamydia is very tricky and difficult to identify even with DOXY PREP.

WTFboy
Posted On Mar 18, 2026

Syphilis, Chalmydia and Gonorrhoea are some of such STIs which get transmitted to healthy people. Not just by Semen or Blood, also by Saliva if you have Sores or Rashes in your ***. Practice safe ***, even for Oral ***.

It begins with few or no symptoms and eventually grows to Secondary or Tertitary Stage.

No Picture

WTFboy
Posted On Mar 18, 2026

For STIs, The specialists are known as Venerologists, usually who also are Dermatolosgists.
It's better to get tested rather than being unsure if you are Sexually Active. Atleast for HIV (Rapid Antigen Test) and Syphilis (VDRL test)

@SK_2026 Please do not judge or form an opinion against spa messeurs, whatever they are doing, they are doing to make ends meet. They have my utmost sympathy.
Of course, spas messeurs are not safe but then again all gaymen are promiscuous are they safe? Don't worry about others safety worry about yours.
Therefore, you should protect yourself and make your own choices whether to have *** with a particular individual are not. This is how I protect myself, I am already
vaccinated for Hepatitis A, B & E HPV and I do enjoy *** without condom when I feel safe with a person but before having ***, I go through PrEP regiment to prevent HIV
infection and also after *** I take Doxycycline 200mg within 24 hours, this will prevent infection from Gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamadia and other bacterial Infections.
Don't have *** in the dark, always check around the genitals for lesion and warts or anything abnormal.
I have been visiting India for a very long time and I have had *** with many young boys without condoms if I feel safe and the ones I don't feel safe, I use condoms.

When I come back home, I get a thorough blood & urine test for veneral diseases, no serious infection so far but once, I had Trichomoniasis,
it's a urinary track infection caused by parasite which was easily cured by 7days of Tinidazole.
*** without condom feels great but I am not suggesting or advocating everybody to have *** without condoms. All I am saying is there are so
many ways to protect yourself from STDs and ultimately, the your choice is yours. No matter what you do, there's no 100% safety; the only 100% safety is complete abstinence from ***.

Use toys for *** and blowjob..
Use condoms for ***

Read the many comments here. Thanks for the many good advice. Always be safe. As for myself - I only indulge in light kissing, body play (after checking partner) and giving HJ. No matter how much anybody forces me or even if I am tempted, I don't give BJ or take ***. Many times I want to kiss but the top partner does not want to :)

I mostly try to seduce straights. I think this is a little safe comparitively !!

Syphillis and Hep B spreads very commonly and easily.
Hep can be easily prevented by a simple vaccination even at local doctor. I urge everyone to take it. If you get hep B it’s lifelong no cure. You have to take a medicine.

Syhphillis is problematic and no vaccine. But in early stages it can be cured by 3 injection treatments.

Orals also pls don’t do without condom.

Too much paranoia on this thread about STDs. If you are so scared of STDs, than you will never enjoy ***; but most importantly, youth & life is too short to miss out on all the gay pleasures the world has to offer.
As some on this thread has excessively expressed concerns/fear over Syphilis, Gonorrhea & Chlamydia but these diseases are easily treatable and preventable in this age of advance science & medicine.
One pill of Doxycycline 200mg after ***, before 24 hours, will prevent infection from all Bacterial STDs. Doxycycline is very cheap in India, I think I paid less than Rs. 200 for 12 tabs/caps.
Herpes are not fatal but they are nuisance, the herpes lesion they come and go.
HPV is not only prevalent among gay community and it's not only transmitted by sexual contact, it's a very common virus through out the world and can be transmitted by just
touching at the wart and/or lesion and this wart can appear anywhere on the body.
As stated by CDC, I am quoting directly from their websites, " HPV infections are very common. Nearly everyone will get HPV at some point in their lives."
HPV is not fatal, at least not right away; even though, some high-risk HPV "MAY" cause cancer but this is not right away it's much later in your life but not necessarily. Then again, Many thing
can cause cancer later in your life such as pollution, water & food contamination by chemicals and so on. Just don't have *** in the dark and look for genital warts around genital area and rectum
they appear as small lumps or protrusions that look like the head of a cauliflower. These warts can also be found on hands & legs and through out the body.
As regards to HIV, HIV carries no risk or very minimum risk via kissing or oral ***. So far, no case has been reported that HIV was transmitted orally. Wearing condom will prevent HIV transmission
or by PrEP if you want *** without condom.

Don't worry too much, be gay and be happy.

As an MBBS doctor, I would like to highlight some important health concerns. It is not advisable to take Doxycycline 200 mg routinely or without proper medical indication. Indiscriminate or frequent use can lead to antibiotic resistance, making the *** less effective in the future.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is primarily transmitted through skin-to-skin contact involving mucosal surfaces rather than regular skin. These areas include the oral cavity, anus, and glans ***. HPV infection is associated with serious conditions such as head and neck cancers in men and cervical cancer in women. Individuals below 25 years of age should strongly consider receiving the HPV vaccination for effective prevention.

From a preventive perspective, it is advisable to practice safe oral *** using condoms, avoid high-risk activities such as rimming, and minimize direct mucosal (skin-to-skin) contact where there is an exchange of body fluids.

Kissing is generally considered low risk; however, it is important to be mindful of the other person’s hygiene and health status. Certain infections, such as Tuberculosis (TB), can potentially spread through close and prolonged contact, especially if the individual has an active infection. Therefore, exercising caution is advisable.
