There's a lot of stigma attached to a lot of things in India.
It should be normal to have (working) condom dispensers in public places/cruising places.
@Orgaysm yes. PEP should ideally be taken within 72 hours. Better if people take it ASAP, preferably within the first 6/12/24 hours.
Like @RachitRai and others have mentioned, condoms should be used for oral *** too because any cut or blister in the tongue, cheek walls, inner lip or any where in the *** can lead to STDs.. HIV is not the only one.. there are Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis B and others.
Over the past few years, certain US states are facing an epidemic of *** resistant Gonorrhea.
Also, as shown in ***, there is always a risk of STIs (Hepatitis A and B, genital warts, herpes, gonorrhea) through rimming. *** actors are professionals. Their contract by their production companies require them to be thoroughly and rigorously tested for STDs each time.
