Rapido is an app just like ola and uber but the only difference is that in rapido you will be travelling by bike to your destination , so I am just curious to know that did anyone had ever tried rapido in mumbai ????

If I am not wrong Rapido service is currently unavailable in Mumbai and Pune. Because last year when I downloaded the app the service was showing not available. |

Oh my god yes, I just checked and its available. Not just for *** but starting this option in mumbai is superb. So now cruise and be careful. at the same time travel with ease also especially in this small city mumbai where two wheeler taxis are actually needed |

Yesterday I booked rapid for really not a very long journey. I started booking rapid at 2 PM and after multiple cancellations (because they did not assign any captain) finally I was able to book it nearly at 2.25 ... Guy was average looking.... I kept my hands on his waist.... He was fine with it.....At 2 PM nothing else was possible so did not proceed.
I will try today to book it again for long distance as I have to travel there for work ..... Fingers cross..... |

Today after a long time managed to get a rapido booking from Andheri to Byculla. While driving started talking to him. Decent person spoke English n hindi. During conversation got to know he was from UP but is in Mumbai for a very long time. During the ride as there was bumps on the road was holding his hips. I asked him if it was ok he did not mind. On the journey was talking to him n at the same time kept touching his waist. Told him u hv a nice body. Asked him if he feels ticklish on the stomach. So tried tickling him. Tried Rapido today from Bandra to Dadar.

Guys pls keep this avenue very subtle or Rapido also will become a way to cheat and Rob us and will come under surveillance soon...The more you start discussing about it and make it obvious it becomes a threat to us.Just try your luck.Don't let it die like all the other once a upon a time safe cruising spots.And remember not all Rapido captains would be up for it, it's their bread and butter.Respect that! |

I use rapido very frequently . But not all all the time i get lucky. But one thing is sure Rapido is very great app specially city like Mumbai where reaching any destination on time is a big task
Also the charges are very reasonable
And if you alone then why to use OLA or UBER.
@Anooj truely said i was shocked to see Graduates, HM chefs who lost job are also into this Bike sharing app
Whenever i use this app i tipped them off very good amount and also share good Reviews for the captains which help them to earn more and get more calls.

So i tried rapido day before yesterday..took two rides one at morning and one at evening..they are pocket friendly. The pilot were average. Had a great talk with them and realized they are doing rapido for their bread butter. I booked rapido to get experience and some action but after talking with them, I didn't want any action...They are just like OLA , UBER . I think we must not indulge more into it as it will create bad impression about our community. Obviously we dont want them to judge every person with same intention. |

I booked rapido from Kurla East on 28 dec arnd 8 pm. Destination entered was bkc. A Muslim captain came on Scott, must be arnd 20-22. He was wearing nylon pajama, told him otp n sat behind. He was driving slow n saying hawa kam h tyre me....I thot maybe it’s a hint 😂. But no, he stopped at a puncture shop for air pressure. After this we drove towards bkc. So I was supposed to go to borivali side in evening from bandra .. and as I knew there will be lots of traffic I chose to go via Rapidio with no intention of fun as I was going to see my friend who met with an accident
My Captain came he was a tall dark slim with decent body marathi guy on a bike which was little tall 😅 as I'm 5.5 it felt tall.. I get super nervous on bike sometimes .. so I was about to sit on the bike he told me "sir if you want to hold on to something you need to grab the backside of the bike please d not touch me" I felt that was very rude as I didn't even sat on his bike touching toh dur ki baat hai
But I was getting late I told him I have no intention of touching him just ride safe he said okay

I was curious now so I replied " it's really okay but what happened?"
So he told me he was molested by another passenger recently and when he ask the. Passanger not to touch him that passenger complaint about him and he was about to loose his job
I felt so bad for the guy he told me he was working as accountant in a good company but due to pandemic he lost his job n he was doing this to earn money
So guys not everyone bis looking for fun they are doing this to earn their bread n butter so don't force yourself on them n stop critising them for their looks as their job is to ride bike n not satisfy ur hunger

I have started using the alternate number and phone for the Rapido App. I have also changed my Display Name on Rapido as LUN* DEDO (And I am in a Hindi Speaking city).
And whenever a Rapido captain accepts my ride, he reads my Display name and understands my orientation.
Rest becomes easy walk... So unless he is damn str8 and not into m2m fun at all, the things happen. |

I booked myself in hotel in Mumbai for two nights few days back. I sometimes do it for various reasons as I'm not comfortable trying with unknown ones at my place. Nowadays Mumbai hotels are anyways quite inexpensive. I was staying in hotel near Salinas, mid range one. I booked a rapido for few hours. After few attempts I could get a young guy in early 20s on day 2. I don't force myself or make myself quite obvious and he was damn straight. So it was dead end. I asked him to take me to famous DN Nagar loo at approx 8pm. He parked his bike on side lane. I spent bit extra time inside to give him indication but still he never gave any expressions. We reached back to hotel. I asked him to come upstairs have a glass of water as I might take some time. He was reluctant but after some persuasion agreed. He came to my room went for pee had water.i asked him to sit down for some time as I was feeling alone. He agreed. We started talking. He is college going guy but works as rapido captain to earn some pocket money. I was having an imported whisky with me which I asked if he wants to try. Again after some persuation he agreed. After two rounds he started opening out. I asked him he looks hot and "people" will be after him |

Today, I changed my profile name in different manner whichay give hint to captain of my intention....
He came with his scooty where as usual I don't know how to sit on scooty as I directly sit like walking on the stairs.
