Karol bagh gaffar market area... it becomes hot after 9 when markets starts to close. I have been lucky many times with local punjabi boys and visitors also because it has loads of hotels around that area so visitors cruise there after 9 in search of fun I have been lucky many times and plus point with visitors are you dnt have to worry about place because they are already staying in hotels.... Eye contacts and smile works perfectly.... its vry cruisy from 9 to 12 night hav fun all the best
