Happy that I can go for long without any pills. As @Sky_lvr said, one has to walk, play, make yoga at least surya namaskar. That will surely help. Pills will have side effect over a period of time. (I am from medicine field) Go natural.

The advantage is that even after *** you stay hard and can have long sessions.
