Many male to male massage parlours & Spas are active in Delhi & NCR, very active steam rooms n dark rooms with good masseurs as well. Most of these places provide good happy ending services for gay men and maybe even more.

The socio-political economy of the existence of these spas (and any such spaces) that thrive in Delhi is an indication of their demand within the historically stigmatised LGBTQI+ community in our society. Even after the law declares something “legal” it takes years for deep-rooted stigmas and biases to be overcome. In that respect, cruising spaces under the banner of institutionalised clubs/spas offer a channel for queer desires to be expressed and reciprocated. The shoddy attempt by this so-called journalist who is perpetuating shame and moral policing upon the community practices is abhorrent - and it is only an indication of the kind of journalism he practices himself. It appears that the journalist and his team were only focused on shaming the spa visitors, calling them out violently, inciting disgust by an existent polarised society. They seem more interested in capturing the faces of the visitors instead of their sanitary and safety concerns. Why this journalist chooses to focus on revealing the identities of visitors and shaming them publicly by using the language that is meant to cast a moral code instead of health concerns is beyond my understanding. I mean just look at him picking up used condoms with his bare hands - contracting who knows what kinds of diseases in a city that is choking with pollution and safety hazards. I would however urge the readers/contributions of this blog to refrain from responding to the acts of this utterly useless “journalist” with aggression and threats as that would only give him and his channel undue importance. An eye for an eye would indeed make us all blind. What is perhaps needed is showing him down argumentatively - paying no heed to what the likes of him perpetuate.

In fact in guidelines issued by Government in past stated the cameras should be put in treatment (massage room) room. Delhi high court even overruled such requirement The Delhi High Court ruled that privacy is a fundamental right under the Indian Constitution. The court recognized that privacy extends to personal bodily integrity and that placing CCTTV cameras in treatment rooms (such as those used for massages) would infringe upon a client's right to personal privacy and dignity. The Court observed that CCTV surveillance in areas where intimate services are provided could lead to potential violations of privacy and unwanted intrusion into personal spaces. Since clients are often in a vulnerable position during such treatments, the Court found it unreasonable to subject them to the intrusive nature of camera surveillance in such settings.

This is legal position Now in light of this legal position, what Tehlka did is legally not tainable 1. They barged with cameras in the space where private even is on. Let Tehleka spell out what guidelines of Delhi high court is floated by this spa? Put aside moral points, were Delhi high court not aware what can happen in private room without camera and they used the word vulnerable position during such treatments should not be subject to camera. Is this reporter more educated, knowledge and legal person as compared to distinguished judges of Delhi High Court of decades of experience? 3. The solution is not taking law in hand to teach a lesson...but to use the right law.....Simple...this original video by Tehleka should immediately be removed from all platforms. the person whose face are shown should file a legal complaint about infringement of privacy and they can also quote the Delhi High Court Judgement ....let him receive all notices and be accountable for his mischief. Make channel also party to complain 4. To whom he was shouting and saying why you are running away and all b****it should file complaint of intimidation in pubic place on the channel as well as reporter 5. He is showing cond***n etc. but this video is not marked as adult in youtube which is again a violation. Any adult content can not be shown without verification of age. Since it is not propertly age marked, there is another violation since children can see such videos Anyone from legal background here can give additional inputs on how to tackle it legally. The person should lose the case legally I can't even sleep when i read this incidence and seen the video....how traumatic it would have to person in closet to subjected to such insult, intimidation and injustice. I cant stop but cry for those who were there on that fateful day.....

I mean what if it's literally business oriented incident and Mykonos do the same to avange the business loss .... WTF situation would be ...we as a customer are ***... and i guess they are suggesting Hermes spa only because Mykonos and hermes have neck to neck competition business wise .. anyone who knows inside news please varify it and also please if anyone from Hermes ( any other spas as well) is on this page please update ur valid documentation through insta or any other official handles so that consumers can be safe and be tension free !

So on Saturday 26th I went to chattarpur took An auto and entered the lane of mykonos, to my Surprise it was Locked .. One fit Man also came and was disappointed and later stood on the road.. I was disappointed too .. I was excited to go to mykonos..and Had set some time for that.. Withdrew See cash for it also... My Mobile got discharged, so i charged at a stall and then tried to call the whatsapp number of mykonos.. But they dint pic.. . Msg ka reply was auto set I think... Then came back to hotel.. Then I thought to read this thread.. And then came to know about the kaand.. So disheartening.. But believe me.. Delhi ka vibe hi Kuch aur hai .. Cruising is best in Delhi...aur kahi nahi..
