East court has a few shops and I largely empty late evening. The bathrooms on 1st and 2nd floor are best to hook up and have fun between 9 and 11 pm

I just checked the washrooms in east court, only the one on the top floor is relatively empty. but the whole area is too small and its very quiet there. So i guess you will have to be really really quiet while doing things there. but its worth a try. |

Just went here yesterday to check the place out for myself. The place is just absolutely perfect for people who want to have fun. The mall and the washrooms in it are practically empty and almost no one comes here, and mind you I went there in the afternoon and it was still empty so just imagine how empty it would be after 7 or 9 pm at night. Ok so it happened last month.
I was checking grindr in pheonix while drinking in the afternoon and one guy in grindr asked to meet. I said I don't have place so he suggested to go to east pheonix. It was a holiday so crowd was less. I went there and he asked me to go inside a washroom stall. I was too drunk and he asked him to *** him.
