Yes this is an active place..
This loo is located on On polo ground road just opposite the CM Rise Ahilyashram School..
While coming from raj kumar bridge, after crossing the river bridge this toilet is on the left
Male urinal is closed so people go behind the female urinal where all action takes place.. there is large forest kind of area behind it so u can go in buses with ur partner..
