@PGP, there is no correlation between piles and syphilis Piles is not an STD..it's due to ur food habits and chronic constipation combined..
And whoever says Syphilis cannot be cured they are ignorant
There are 2 types of tests for syphilis:
1. VDRL RPR titre ratio values 2. TPHA titres
VDRL titres start coming down after u get ur 1 or 3 doses of penicillin injection on ur butt ... (Depending on lower or higher ratio when u tested VDRL positive) some docs recommend single dose ..some say better to take 3 shots
TPHA will continue showing positive lifelong because anti bodies will remain in blood forever..but that doesn't mean the syphilis bacteria is still there in the blood.
So chill...once u got ur injection...wait till titres come down and finally negative ...u r cured.
VDRL and TPHA are different in methods and approach.
NOTE: Syphilis once cured doesn't mean u cannot catch again if u do *** with a non treated syphilis infected guy. If it happens again...u hv to take injection again.
So testing for VDRL is a continuous life long process just like u get tested for HIV For a highly sexually active person....ideal time period to test is every 3 months
Same goes for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C
Hepatitis B u can get vaccinated with the optimum dose from any general physician if u havent got infected with Hepatitis B yet.
There is no vaccine for hepatitis C...so safe *** is only protection |

@Sensual_Touch : what about herpes? |
|
No Picture windscar | Posted On Jan 20, 2021
herpes simplex is a viral infection that practically anyone and everyone who's had any form of *** can have. most of us probably already have it - but in a non-malign mode. it'll cause issues as genital herpes only when your immune system is really bad |

@Sensual_Touch: Thank you so much for the reply and sharing (& caring). I appreciate. How often should I get tested to see the titre count? The last one I did was in August & it came down from 16 to 4. |

Something related to piles and *** ***: I have had piles and fissures since a few years. The cause itself has nothing to do with *** *** for sure. However it does affect *** ***, penetration can be painful. And pushing and pulling is even more painful. Unfortunately whenever I have *** *** the top is always disappointed because after a few pushes it becomes unbearable for me. Although I never experienced any explicit blood flow. After *** ***, it hurts and inflames a lot while passing stools. Also please don’t believe people who say that *** *** can cure piles or piles won’t stop you from enjoying *** ***. See I love *** but bad luck... |

@PGP
I already mentioned...every 3 months u should test Whether u r VDRL positive or negative If positive , monitor the titres every 3 months till it goes to negative If negative, still test every 3 months to ensure u r maintaining negative status..bcoz as i mentioned one can contract syphilis again bcoz of active sexual life |

@manishgan u really need to visit a general surgeon for sure if ur having hemorrhoids and fissure from long, untreated or chronic fissures actually creates a very complicated disease called fistula. |

can any one tell me if sypilis is contagious thru skin contact only ....
I met one person in panchgani on 1st Jan 2021 ,,he was from pune who was an accountant.. when we started fun i didn't see him having blood clot like things on his body big and small types ....later i saw while having body fun and asked him abt it to wch he said its nothing serious and is under medication I also asked him openly if it was stds he said no its not.... also he said its skin prob and not contagious ....we didn't have *** *** it was just kissing and *** each other and his private parts were clean from what ever he had and also we did not drink or took any cums in *** so we were safe playing......but since then i am scared and worried abt it esp after 2 days when i saw a tiny same kind of thing on my arm wch i removed with my nail as i am for sure i had not got hurt to get that tiny clot type.
Now am having sleepless nights thinking what if i got it from him. He seems very decent n truthful he said he has 2 daughters and is safe ....
3 days back got a small one on my knee so got more worried and showed my family doc but he said its not sypilis and can be insect or anything else and not to worry ...to add up worst after reading all your comments abt piles being one symptoms wch i am having severe one since last 4 days but now with medicine piles in coming in control.
Piles i got after having *** *** with someone but with condom ( i am always being safe in *** and have constipation problem since yrs due to digestive issue but after this last *** got bad constipated and lead to piles wch were dormant but present )
I am *** scared pls help me understand what i have. |

Exposure, very true its like nightmares and every spot on body looks like symptoms. I would suggest to get tested asap. Directly book a test on 1mg it will hardly cost 1000 -1200.
Its true that open scars on body can be contagious with direct contact and you already had oral fun. So get it tested. |

1) genital warts is a sexually transmitted disease. you MUST get tested. if positive, get treated...antibiotic injections, BUT CANNOT BE CURED! if you dont, it will affect your health and you are also INFECTING your partners via skin contact/oral/vaginal and *** ***!!! 2) piles/hemorrhoids/fissures are due to constipation. prevention is better than cure so....eat foods with lots of fibres......pulses/ banana/nuts/meats/fresh veg. DONT have *** when you are bleeding as your open wound can invite stds/hep c and aids. treatments are available from allopathy/homeopathy/ayurveda/unani . |

syphilis: if tested and treated soon after you see a pimple, you can get cured with antibiotic injections. if you delay testing/treatment, it will affect your nervous system...and that cannot be repaired. delayed testing/treatment will also take time to get cured and require testing every 6months until the bacterial load is NIL. you can infect your partners as syphilis is transmitted via skin contact/oral/vaginal and ***. |

Hepatitis B vaccine is commonly available with all local doctors. Infact hep b vaccine is part of vaccination schedule for children now. But when we were children it was not hence we have skipped taking that vaccine. it is very imp for all to take the vaccine as Hep B is highly prevalent and can be much easily transferable. Vaccine is very low cost and necessary. |

Hi @Rajcute, you should also think about getting the HPV vaccine (Gardasil - 4valent) which would prevent HPV infection/genital warts in men/boys if previously unexposed to HPV. You are young enough so no harm in taking the vaccine. |
