hey everyone.
I recently came to know that i have hemorrhoids (or Piles). Normally it is said that once u get piles it never goes. I had started exploring *** *** (as bottom) almost a year back.
This topic i am initiating to know from your experience that weather i will be able to enjoy *** *** in future or not. Ur suggestions are welcome. Is anyone facing such problem.

Who ever has the condition must ensure to get treated n ensure to cure maximum possible... untill then penitration it's furst pain or no pain but could be infections spreading as without clear *** opening feces or any other infections spreading cannot be negated totally ...so it's best to cure n without hesitation consult ur doctor if it's advised to go on *** *** ...else it's not that life long disability. Please get it treated first. Visit a general surgeon and see your options as to what grade haemorrhoids u have and what are treatment options. I would suggest you not to have penetrative *** cause if the veins bleed then stopping it will be difficult. Minimal bleed due to hard stools is different from the repeated thrusting and then rupturing a dilated blood vessel. If somehow you're unable to control the urge kindly use a lot of lube...empty out the whole KY jelly if u have to :D. Please get it treated, lots of completely treatable options are available. Once fixed go and get banged as much as u want |

Hey. I also discovered my bottom inclination a year back.. since then I had been with multiple partners. At once I observed some protrusion near my anus opening. I ignored it considering it would be PILES. consulted general physician, he prescribed medications for piles. Later it was painful n bleeding. I consulted specialist. He said it was genital warts, n u must get operated to remove it. It would cost around 30-40K. I was scared to know that. I took medicine prescribed by him. And googled more about it. I found that banana peels are effective against such warts. I kept banana peels between my butts for 4-5 days while sleeping, removed after waking up. To my surprise all signs of warts disappeared and pain also gone. Later I could enjoy as before. Last month there was rupture observed again on butt crack. Again banana peel was very much effective. I enjoyed bottoming thrice this week. |

@sahilm18 good to know u found home remedy, but I dont think its a long term solution as it is coming back. You should also think of the tops who *** you, they too might get infected if you leave it untreated, which is not fair, coz I am certain they wont know about it while ***. Also imagine what happens if they come to know while doing it, it will be embarassing for you too. So to be fair, better get it treated asap, it might lead to further complications for your health. |

well i have this problem too..... but i am talking Ayurveda medication nd it is very helpful.... one of the main cause of hemorrhoid nd piles is constipation too or disturb stomach. a glass of hot milk with gud is very effective nd arshhoghni vati of vyas company with abhayarishta swaras will be very effective. try it. |

*** *** during piles is not recommended. Irrespective of what medications you take, *** *** can rupture the tissues that are healing and you will be back to square one.
Good amount of lube with anaestheic gel can help with slow ***, but still *** *** is not recommended during piles. If top doesnt prefer condom, you are at high risk for STDs, unless the top is infection free. |

I have been a bottom for very long time and multiple partners, in my first few experience I did face a little pain but later on there was none, but yes if you haven't had *** for a long time and then have *** *** it's a little pain full for the first few seconds.

Piles is painful. When you evacuate it feels like somebody slicing your *** with the knife. Please forget *** *** those days. I d tell you what helped me.
1, eat radish(mooli) as salad with every meals.
2. There is a technique to apply the anti hemorrhoids cream. You need to lie down then slide a little and then push it in with the nozzle.
3. Buy navratan cool oil. Take some in a cotton ball and debate in the anus. This way it will remain cool for hours and there will be no pain. But you need to apply the anti hemorrhoids cream before and after evacuation and also before you go to bed at night. |

Guys one home remidy for piles is use dry grapes least for a week to see change wash the dry grapes or kismiss in night approximate 20 number and sock it over night min 8 hrs.in drinking water and in morning as soon u finish your brushing eat the soked 🍇 grapees or kismiss which will be bubbled and drink that water in empty stomach continue atleast 1 week to max month or till u feel better |

Guys, hold on for a while.
If you believe in "prevention is better than cure", then continue reading....
Lets dig down to thr root of the issue. Hemorrhoids or piles in local language, what it is, and how is it caused?
Ans: Hemorrhoids are of generally 2 types, internal and external
When the blood vessels and veins in and around the *** region gets strained and bulged, therz a clot, and that forms a kind of lump. Its very painful and can only be removed through a surgery in worst cases.
So, when do we have strained veins? When therz pressure. Constipation and hard stools are common causes. As we are talking over here, *** *** also adds on to the external pressure.
There are various other reasons too, like the sitting posture, some times hereditary reasons too, Stress, indigestion, poor diet and many more.
Best way to prevent hemorrhoids is to intake lots and lots of fiber and fluid. Fruits and fruit juices are the best.
I know many of you would have googled up many things and know hemorrhoids in and out better than me by now.
Sometimes hemorrhoids or piles is misunderstood, it could even be a fissure, or fistula... keep a watch on this too.
So if you are already suffering from piles, the best home remedy to get relief from pain, and to make yourself feel better:
1. Add grated radish in butter milk, and store it in cool place for 2hrs. Drink this twice a day. Avoid refrigeration. Anything that is super cool is too bad for you.
This makes your stool soft, so as to reduce pain while excretion.
2. Hot water tub... take water tub sittings twice a day. Fill a tub with warm water (water temperature thats good for you) add some mild disinfectant in the water and sit.
This relaxes the *** muscles and helps reduce the inflammation. Helps the veins to relax and get back to their normal size.
3. If you have constipation problem, have 2 full bowl of fruits like watermelon, musk melon, pears, papaya, banana. Twice a day. This is a natural stool softner and gradually helps your body heal.
At the end, if your hemorrhoids are in chronic condition , surgery is advisable. However therz no gurantee that it never comes back after the surgery.
So the above remedies and some lifestyle changes will help you avoid and get rid of this issue...

Avoid *** *** if you are going through this phase. Its bad for both you and your partner.
People who are normal and don't have these issues, even you have to take care. Be slow and soft.
Use lubes, relax, don't rush or dont be in a hurry.
The internal lining of *** region is ultra delicate. It should never be taken for granted. Don't go through years of pain, just for few minutes of pleasure.

For people mildly affected with Piles/hemorrhoids, do not get your condition worse by having *** ***, till the time your symptoms are settled down.
Few tips for everyone:
1. Stop consumption of chewable tobacco - Paan, Gutkha or even Nicotex.
2. Sit in Hot water tub, really helps.
3. Do not use any unproven form of treatment.

First consult a good experienced doctor & check if it's piles only or something more serious, which may have an outbreak after a couple of years.

@sahilm18 visit a government hospital STD clinic. RML hospital if you are in Delhi. The doctor applies a paint which has to be applied by the doctor itself. You will have to visit 3-5 times after 2 weeks each. Will prescribe some tests and vitamins.

I had fissures after trying *** for first time
I first went to Ayurveda, then allopathy, then homeopathy and then some diet and yoga therapies
nothing worked
but there is one home made medicine in Pune which treated me for good. First it reduced by 50% and I started eating spicy food. It worsen. So again strict diet for 6 Months and continued medicine. It never appeared again in last 2 years.
Later unfortunately my vdrl report came negative and I was detected with syphilis. Thank God it was treated.
