Tried it once, A guy want me to *** him while on it. I was 21, i think i *** him for so long the my *** started hurting. I was exhausted after 1.5 hour. He was jumping on it. I cummed in i think 3.5 hr. It was very exhausting after 30 min rest. I go again didn't *** then. It was almost 8 in morning. I left for home. I think i am allergic to it. I just don't *** on it so i never take it again. Can go for long time without any issue untill now. |

I have never used any pills or oil
Still I get *** for hours together and *** for long time. Everything natural. Happy that I can go for long without any pills.
As @Sky_lvr said, one has to walk, play, make yoga at least surya namaskar. That will surely help.
Pills will have side effect over a period of time. (I am from medicine field)

if there are no heart issues you can take sildenafil . Lots of generic versions , I have used /abused Vigora.
The advantage is that even after *** you stay hard and can have long sessions. You take breaks for hydration and go back to it.
cons: You lose some sensation in yr *** around the tip not immediately but after a couple of hours . and sometimes your vision becomes blueish . it obv goes away within hours.
If you have cardiological issues its best to avoid these. Incase it doesnt work dont double it , rather check with a doctor. Its very easy to get addicted to this shortcut.
