@exposure, oral *** without condom is not a big risk as long as you don't have any cuts, soars or open wounds in your *** but risk is very high if you have *** without condom. |

Akash09, APRETUDE is a prescription medicine used for HIV-1 PrEP to reduce the risk of getting HIV-1 infection. |

Akash09, The Apretude *** is very expensive in USA, it's $4,145 for 600mg but it's cheaper in India, I think. |

@Pixie m well aware of everything. But for some of us choice is not bn condom or no condom. It's bn condom and no *** at all. So it's for them only.... People who can enjoy with condom should always use one (which is also not 100% safe btw) No offense to anyone. This is a suggestion of alternative... Not knowledge!!!! |

@boldSSD, Yes, I also like *** without condom, I wish, I could have *** with anybody or everybody without condom. I don't even need viagra to maintain my a hard d**k through out the session. I do have *** with no condom only with with my freinds whom I have known them for years. The sensation & climax is so intense without condom. However, very scared to have *** with anonymous person because of so many disease going around. Of course I am aware of pre-exposure prophylaxis: for anti-bacterial we have Ciprofloxacin & Levofloxacin&; for antiviral we have Truvada, descovy & Apretude but these PrEP have many serious side effects which can damage kidney, liver, bone and can even effect your heart; furthermore, they are expensive, too. Cipla is a pharmaceutical company well know for manufacturing only generic ***; hence, I am assuming tenvir is a generic ***. Tenvir is available only in India, I don't think it's available in the western countries. Tenvir is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus and it is also a antiretrovirals *** used in treatment of HIV *in combination with other anti-HIV medicine.* Tenvir *MAY* prevent HIV infection, it's a *BIG MAY BE,* but no sufficient research or studies have been conducted to prove that Tenvir prevents HIV infection. Truvada, Descovy & Apretude have been approved by FDA in USA for treatment as well as prevention of HIV but these drugs are very expensive. I tried truvada, I had severe stomach pain, nausea, vomitting, fatigue & weakness. I couldn't really enjoy *** after taking Truvada. To me, it's not worth taking Truvada or any antiviral PrEP because the many serious side effects over-weighs the pleasure of ***; for a little pleasure, you suffer a lot and also risk your health, a lot.

You have only discussed HIV-risk here, what about other STIs? PreP with condoms is still not safe. boldSSD please consider this as well. |
|
No Picture Pixie | Posted On Jan 7, 2025
@boldSSD, Yes, my point is, reagrdless of what you say, unprotected *** is always unsafe; especially, having *** with anonymous person or a stranger. There's no guarantee that antiviral or antibacterial PrEP will protect you 100%; especially anitviral PrEP which is fairly new. Like I said in my previous post, beside HIV, there are so many other sexually transmitted diseases going around which you & I or even a trained medical professionals are not aware off.

How does one access Doxy-pep. Any leads there? |
|
No Picture vasanth009 | Posted On Jan 8, 2025
@boldSSD: PrEP doesn't protect against other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) or pregnancy, so it should always be used with condoms. |

without condom is best, but do it with ur trusted partner, also make sure that both are for each other. The skin-skin contact is awesome. Otherwise dont forget to use condom for ur own safety |

@Harinarayan Prep is a medication you take to reduce the transmission of HIV. It is lower quantity of medication than the ones HIV positive take to reduce the HIV virus count in the blood to negligible, which reduces its impact and teh possibility of transmission. Till about a year back, Prep ( originally called Truvada - now there is a generic version available) was to be taken daily. Now there are monthly options also available.
US is also testing HIV vaccines. I was part of a Beta test of one such vaccine. |

@Wolverine2, Doxypep means taking antibiotic doxycycline after ***, to prevent getting a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Take 200mg within 24 -72 hours after ***. Most pharmacies in India carrys this antibiotic Doxycycline and it's very cheap. However, Doxypep is only good for bacterial prevention such as syphilis, gonorhea & chlymadia but will not help preventing viral infections such as HIV, Herpis, Monkey Pox, Hepatitis B, Genital warts and they are so many other disease which I am not aware off. Ohh by the way, genital warts is very common in India and I have seen on few boys ***; surprising thing is that the boys didn't even knew thay had it on or near their anus. I didn't have analsex with these boys only oral. Genital warts are not fatal but they look very ugly, if not treated, they grow very big and may cause sever damage to anus. Google for genital warts, if you want to look for pictures of genital warts.
BTW, even if you take truvada or tenvir EM as @boldssd Suggested or any other antiviral drugs these PrEP may prevent you from HIV but not from other viral disease as mentioned above.

Pondering about the sexual pleasures I could have with unprotected ***, with anonymous person and the consequences and danger I could face, I started asking myself a question what am I afraid of? I have no wife, no kids and I have money to enjoy. I have a very good Medical insurance; with todays advance medicine & technology, all STD can be cured or controlled; so what am I afraid of?
Being so cautious about the STDs, I think, I wasted a lot of time & missed out a lot on my sexual pleasure. Life is too short, I can't waste rest of my life worrying about the STDs. Alas, I have changed my mind, my opinion & view about unprotected *** with anonymous person, I take back whatever I said. I am seriously thinking of going on *** binge. Unproteected *** with any anonymous person I like; no hindrance, no prohibition, no inhibition, no shame and no fear. Just *** and *** only. There will be no regrets even if I die, I'll die with a smile on my face thinking of all the boys I f**ked and all the D**cks I *** and all the di*K I took in my ***. LOL. ROTFLMAO
Ignore or discard what I said and enjoy your gay life as much as possible, life is too short to worry about all those diseases. Be gay & be happy.
