If you meet an army guy, in person, have small talks with smiling face. Talk casual, admire their job and post and their duties. Then admire then looks and physique. Do a hand shake, but don't leave the hand immediately, keep it held.
If you are sitting in train or bus with them, u can try to touch their thighs (closer to crotch). If he does not object the initial small touches, then increase the frequency of touch, duration of single touch, and keep going closer to the crotch with every touch.
If standing face to face, then look at their crotch occassionally and make sure they notice it.
These are enough hints and starting points.
If that guy is interested in M2M fun (at that moment), he will definitely respond.

I think, out of all guys wearing a uniform, defence guys are most safe ones, even if they are not interested in you or even in M2M things

Came across a MSF security guy today in the loo. Initially he was frighten to touch my *** but same time eager as well. Later after 5 mins he got comfortable and allowed me to touch his tool.
