Okay there's no such thing as gay LinkedIn but it'll be nice to connect with fellow professionals within the community. Please post job requirements, business opportunities, networking, investment opportunities within the LGBT community. I hope we keep it healthy and meet some cool individuals.

@Anirudhbottom - That's because in corporate skills and network matters more than your sexual orientation.

Hi everyone,
I’m not sure if this is the right place to post, but I really need some advice from experienced professionals.

I have around 3 years of experience in automotive software development, but my current salary is only 25K, and I feel my work isn’t being valued. I genuinely want to move to a better opportunity with fair compensation, but I’m facing a dilemma.

Many colleagues who resigned haven’t received new offers even after 6 months, so I’m worried about getting stuck without a job. On the other hand, recruiters aren’t scheduling interviews when I mention I have a 30-day notice period — so I’m not sure whether to continue trying while working or take the risk of resigning first.

I’m honestly feeling confused and a bit demotivated. I know people often say, “If you have the skills, you’ll get the job,” but in reality, it’s not always that simple. Everyone’s journey is different, and not everyone gets to be the topper in school or college — that’s just how life works.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions

Guys market is very bad and whichever field you are , it’s always good to find a job without resigning .. if u get a good job with good package then resign it .. it’s always safe .. don’t take risk

It’s very easy to advise to take risk … reality is too hard .. so many of my friends resigned their jobs with high hopes … many are still jobless … so be careful
