This place is happening late at night. I was here last week around 12:30am at night. I was genuinely there to pee but was open for possibility so stayed there for a while and bam after 5 minutes of wait and I could see two handsome and gym built guys waiting outside the loo, figuring out to go in or not. Undoubtedly this loo is happening especially post 12 at night. It is just attached to the boundary of the park. It doesn't have any door and not lit which makes it ideal for a late night cruising.
