But it really depends on your partner with whom you’ve had ***. HIV and other STDs can enter your bloodstream even through microscopic tears that may have happened during the intercourse; you replacing the condom was extremely smart and credit to your attentiveness but you started panicking after the Post Nut Clarity hit you like a truck loaded with anxiety. Worry not- if possible ask the partner to get tested and if he’s negative then you have nothing to worry about and meanwhile wait about 4 weeks ideally 3 months but there’s a 95% accuracy of detecting HIV Antibodies while testing through a 4th Generation test. Just get a full STD panel from TATA 1mg (will cost about 2500 or less); remember to wait at least 4 weeks from the event of possible exposure and that’s it. I got tested 2 times, once after 4 weeks and other after 3 months and luckily everything is negative and got a clean bill of health. Stay safe out there

I ensure that my partner has no bruises, cuts or any open wounds during tryst, bleeding while *** has been history in my cases, my meat being relatively densier, most of my bots bleed, be it *** or *** happens, i advice them not to worry and get it tested for their own happiness. Ghonorra - I dint even know, i was in a relationship.. my bf wasn't loyal. The moment I told him, he got a tab for me and I was fine in no time. Never bothered to understand what exactly had happened to me. He never mentioned anything, just said some mild infection but now I can relate the symptoms. 2. Syphilis - Got it when i got massaged in JP nagar. It was the best *** I ever had from two guys, no anals, unfortunately got infected, went through hell!! During Covid the tabs helped to recover, by the time I had gone to the doc, i had recovered, so penicillin was not needed. 3. Herpes 1 - while i had given up dating guys, was tempted to go for a massage. I would not involve myself in more than hj.. while returning the place, I really had good chat with the receptionist. He was hot... Dammn hot. I said, ddon't u massage ? He said, he does. I said, come next time. I went again after a month only coz of that guy. He liked me a lot, it was such a.hot session, i couldn't stop him from ***. He *** me for an hour and got infected. I know the partner very well from whom I got it coz I don't f** around much... Once in 4-5 months I might meet some one and nothing more than mutual hj, never into *** /***. It's not that I dint try asking partner to use a condom while ***, people straight away say no Self satisfying is the best option, tried to look for a partner but that too can trust. Unfortunately herpes last life long and in my case it's Herpes 1, so it's done and dusted. Consulted docs who said, i can live a normal life and i shouldn't have the symptoms again ...been 3 years, don't have any symptoms but report shows postive but good sign is i won't pass on to anyone. Just got a msg from a doc I know, his friend is tested positive for hiv.. pls take care guys

They make us stigmatized. People treat us like a Road side hijras if our std status is opened. Our educational system completely failed to make us more experts in handling human infectious diseases. They just have a hiv chapter in 10th class biology & after that no one reminds us of any stds in colleges, universities & workplaces. This makes us to go promiscous using a smartphone. Result is gay men Suffering with Stds majorly hiv.

Currently Hiv is not a death sentence there are ART medicines to suppress it & love a long life. But the stigma & guilt is very very hurting. Every day taking a pill to suppress the virus is not a joke. No one sends their child into our hands due to stigma. Hiv damages our body like a hungry insect inside. It eats away all our mass & drinks all our energy. Respiratory infections will be out of control.

PrEP is taken continuously before potential exposure to reduce the risk of contracting HIV, while PEP is an emergency, short-term treatment started after a potential exposure. Google for more info.

But the question you should rather ask yourself is, is the bottom telling you the truth? The next questions are, Was the *** rough? Was there any bleeding? If there was no rough *** and no bleeding, than don't worry too much but do get tested for your peace of mind.

There has to be direct transmission of freash bodily fluid like blood or semen into your body through a direct fresh tear or cut or fresh wound. According to CDC, the risk of you contracting HIV is 0.11% per act. Below are the CDC findings. Transmission Risk Per Act: According to data compiled by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the estimated risk of contracting HIV varies significantly depending on the specific activity: Blood Transfusion: 92.5% risk per exposure (now extremely rare due to rigorous blood screening). Receptive *** ***: 1.38% risk per act (the highest-risk sexual activity due to the thin, easily damaged lining of the rectum). Sharing Injection Needles: 0.63% risk per use. Insertive *** ***: 0.11% risk per act. Receptive Vaginal ***: 0.08% risk per act. Insertive Vaginal ***: 0.04% risk per act. Oral ***: Near 0% risk (extremely rare) Hope this information might be useful not only to Peter009 but everybody on this thread who would like to know about HIV transmission.

But sometimes a doctor may ask you some question which might be too personal or which you might feel too uncomfortable that doesn't mean he's judging you or being an ***. If a doctor asks you, are you gay? That's not a personal question in this situation because the doctor wants to know your sexual habbit or who he is treating. If you ask your doctor about PrEP? He might ask you, are you gay? Because often gays are on PrEP regimen, not heterosexuals. However, PrEP & PEP are two acronym or abreviation often used within the context of HIV infection and these abreviation stands for Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post exposure prophylaxis (PEP). PrEP is a powerful preventive tool, it prevents HIV infection. Gays who are not infected with HIV and want to protect themselves from HIV infection because they are promiscuous and want to have un-protected *** to get more stimulation or enjoyment, opt to be on PrEP for safety & prevention. Usually, doctor will prescribe Truvada or Discovey with a speicific regimen or twice a year Yeztugo/Lanacapavir injections. PEP means you are already exposed to HIV. A 28 days course of antiretroviral medication are given to prevent HIV infection after a potential high-risk exposure within 72 hours. But what would some of the symptoms that one can get if infected With HIV. Like this ans this strongly suggest one must be positive. Last year august(2025) i had a viral fever which lasted more than a week roughly 10 days. I had sore throat but with very little to almost 0 phlegm. No runny nose. So i got checked by a doctor and he gave some medicine. The very next day night i started getting red rashes all over my body and then the doctor told me it could be allerrgic reaction so they gave me an anti allergic injection for the rash. After which it subsided but not completely gone so i took another injection and slowly it went away. And in this process my weight dropped from 79 kg to 72 kg as i food was bitter and i lost my appetite. I am alsona heart patient on blood thinners. Now again in November (2025) i got piles/hemmroids and lost lots of blood due to me being on blood thinners. My haemoglobin count went from 11-5 overnight like under 18 hrs. So i was getting light headed and feeling extreme exhaustion and kind of fainted. So i was rushed to hospital and i heard doctors saying i was in shock. Under their care i stopped blood thinners for few days and my piles/hemmroids got cured. But due to blood loss i had to be given 2 bottles of component blood. It was at this time that my doctor told me they found traces of retro virus, his exact wordings “We found traces of retro virus”. He asked if i have engaged in sexual activity or use injections. During this i lost another 2.5kg But because of fear i never got tested to be sure. But i am planning to get tested next month. I asked chat gpt and it told me there are chances of this being a false positive as sometimes when a person is critically ill or body going into shock state the test might come out false positive. I pray that i am not positive. I have started gaining weight since then and i am almost 72kg now. Since my last fever i have had no illness. Any input guys?

If you do have HIV and it isn’t being treated, it can advance to the AIDS stage, where it can now cause opportunistic infections, possibly affecting your nervous system, amongst other body systems. If you do test negative, please consider taking PrEP. PrEP is a medication that HIV-negative folks take once a day to prevent HIV—only HIV. Being on PrEP, at least here in the U.S., requires lab work every 3 months. While it may be an inconvenience to many, it is still better than having that worry in the back of your mind. PrEP is excellent for anyone to take, but even better for those who enjoy condomless ***.

You can still catch syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and herpes via oral ***. I know that plenty of men here mess around with men discreetly, but it is important that you are honest with doctors so that they know what tests to perform. If you *** *** or get ***, make sure that you are tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea in the throat and/or the rectum (through swabs): if you have these STIs in either of those 2 sites, the urine chlamydia and gonorrhea tests may still come back negative. More importantly, you know your own body better than anyone else—seek care if you feel something is abnormal.
