my knowledge is limited. but i think hiv and herpes cannot be cured. i am very scared of catching any std, so i never really dared to have any hard fun, even though i have desire to fulfil my fantasies.

after reading the stories on this forum, once i decided to take a massage at tejas in t nagar. i reached and wandered many times outside the place, but eventually still did not get courage to go inside and have fun because of the uncertainty about the encounter and fear of dirty illnesses. same for krishnaveli theatre. i only saw from outside but never went inside.

@newbieforum Always practice safe ***. When you visit public places like theatres and massage centres, it is better to be careful. I appreciate you for that. But fear shouldn't inhibit you from doing the things you like. You can visit a good massage centre. Always have a look at the man's lips and genitals before you touch them. Better not kiss and masseurs if they aren't hygienic. And again, always use a condom. Good luck. Adventure is fun!

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE - You might have practised a safe *** but how safe is your partner ? Nobody comes to bed with you a wholistic medical record. Even your hard on love bite could be a potential carrier.

No necessarily HIV but other STDs can also spread. Choose your partner with care and always limit the number of partners you bed with. Lesser the risk when you sleep with lesser people. Don't participate in random orgies. Just borrowing a traffic safety slogan "ORGIES CAN THRILL BUT MIND THAT THEY CAN KILL" .

Personal hygiene is utmost important and so is your self control.

Physical affection can be shown through kissing, hugging. You might think "one time won’t matter." But one time does matter. Talk to your partner about STD, Honest and clear communication is important to any relationship. If both are aware about the STDs then we can procced our play with utmost fun.

Condoms, sterile hands after touch, *** wash should be the ground rules to follow after act. I always have this set in my bag. Always bottom is on higher risk as per my understanding. You are responsible for your health, therefore, you are responsible for your protection.

It is impossible to know whether someone has an STD. Don’t assume that someone who looks "shady" has an STD and someone who looks "clean cut" doesn’t. You can’t tell if someone has an STD by looking at them. Don’t rely on your impression that he or she is "nice" and, therefore, is safe.

I personally follow these, I always start fun in mutual bathing and make my partner comfortable from my point of view. Holds a tissue in act to make sure precum not discharged to my partner. Preferably go with the clean shaved one and insist the same before meetup. No meets during coughs colds and sick feel. Pre check on *** ulcers and cuts and wounds in physic. Above said are examined self before meet. So that no last minute surprises and ends the deed.

Suggestions welcome.

Better be safe than sorry
Always practice safe ***! Never involve in *** *** without condoms unless you ad your partner are strictly monogamous and that too after all the tests.( Hope and Pray your partner doesnt cheat behind your back.Don't loose you future over a few minutes of pleasure.
Oral *** does transmit STDs. HIV, Herpes and Hepatitis are not curable
And don't ever use *** wash right after oral ***. It exposes the oral mucosa to microbes. Abstinence and masturbation helps.
Blind dates and hookups are no no

Not sure if you know about PrEP (Pre exposure prophylaxis) its he same combination of drugs used to treat HIV +ve people but taken by people to avoid any chance of infection. Its not 100% safe but still a lot safe. Its a big thing here in the US and you can get it almost for free. Though the first month causes a lot of side effects not limited to nausea and upset stomach. People say they are negative and on PrEP and wanna have bareback but even when you take it ,its always advised to have safe ***

A lot of people for the fact think its fully safe to have oral ***. A wired misconception that is plaguing the LGBT community for a long time. Only *** *** causes HIV. Mostly people think STD means HIV. People forget the fact that there are numerous STD's that will make your life messy and may be even worse spoil your life and career. For instance Herpes can be easily caught by mere plain kissing and you can pass this on to your wife or your partner putting your marriage at stake. Syphilis is said to be a homosexual disease and if you are caught with that disease its embarrassing as it is a notifiable disease which means your family members will be notified and tested for the same.

STD's are not only in your *** it can be in your inner thighs, ***, ***, scrotum, in your other parts of the body, lips, *** and even hands...

if you think oral *** is safe you are an *** as many of the STD's freely transmit to and fro by oral ***. Recently an article in newspaper reminded of the fact that India and specifically TN has seen a spurt in STI's in young adults and adoloscents who most of the time engage in *** without protection thinking that they are he-mans and super-mans and that it does nothing to them because they are physically fit. The need of the hour is to educate people on various forms of STI's .Remember the golden rule, Its always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to STI's as viral like warts, herpes are NOT curable.

Before dropping your pants to some one else you winked at or a stranger you drooled at or a person who you have just met in a park or for the matter for a few precious minutes in the inside benches of KV or the breezy nights of marina shore or any other spots where you linger always beware in mind that your life is more precious than few minutes of *** with unknown strangers...Its good to read peoples experiences and put yourself in that position for the spot but remember there has been a spurt in STI's in the recent decade and every 5th person who has had active *** will have an STI or is in the past infected with an STI and still he can pass that infection even if the disease is in dormant stage.

This post is not to scare you but to educate you as many people fall victims and cycled in the trap. Be cautious and have safe *** with safe people.

@raja_bot true.....i too have had some pure GAY, bi and with some woman so far.. yes its thrilling to have wild fun wth new partners.. but this STD is big thing. wish there were no such thing in this world..........but as all said, oral *** in any form is not at all safe..... its better to jack off other using hands when doing in public places or meets... go for full swing only when you totally feel good about afety

@raja bot, thank you very much for once again sharing opinions on safe *** practices. Especially about risks of std's. People just think.of hiv as sexually transmitted disease. But there are so many other infections that could easily get transmitted especially warts which not only affect genitals but also hands too. So even a mutual shagging sometimes can transmit warts to you. So guys nothing is safe.

@ rajabot...thanks for your highly informative post..one more subtler aspect about promiscuous ***, apart from the possibility of getting Std's or other diseases is that, one acquires some of the karmas of the persons with whom he sleeps, results of which will manifest later on in life as some form of bad luck, ill health, unpleasant mind states etc...

@Mahesh80 my god... man... why talking abt this karma varma and all dude.. oh ho.. here we r for fun.. yes lets practise and educate people abt safe ***.. but if u bring down karma and all... noone can even think of any one else nd ***.. plz dont bore us with such lines dude......if we start thinking so deep.. nothing we can do.... no fun.. simple funda.. never force any,, enjoy with mutual consent thats all

HPV, hepatitis b & c, herpes, hands foot virus, meningitis, stomatitis, pox viruses like latest monkey pox, many flue viruses.
Apart from HIV all these are caught by oral ***, later gay men will transmitt them to children in their families.
Final victims will be wife's & children

I think most people understands the risks associated with oral *** and yet almost everyone engage in it. Honestly, I think most people carry some of the other disease and most might not even know about them.

The problem is, some of these STDs are not cured permanently but managed. Just make sure they are at a level so it doesn't infect other.

No @Ajudesh. Transmission can happen during oral *** as well. You can use flavoured condoms during oral *** for safety. You can also use prep for safety whenever you know you'll be sexually active

Use condom for *** always std can spread via oral *** as well (if a person is already infected with std and we obviously have cuts in ***) some stds are initially localized such as chlamydia gonorrhea (for bots or anyone who has received receptive *** it’s a problem as it may happen in ur *** which will obviously mean someone had put inside u and u may feel awkward telling ur doc bit it doesn’t matter consult doc). Make sure not to make out with random strangers or multiple partners Ik the urge for *** can be quite strong but it’s better to control. If u r unsure or have doubts that u r contracted to std get tests done (check the window period as u may get a false negative) usually after 2months of possible exposure it’s quite sufficient to get tested as most of the window period are covered. At least get tested(BLOOD) for HIV(HIV combo test 4gen it’s accurate and can easily detect hiv in 2 months) , syphilis VDRL reflex Syphilis Total ABS, Serum Test. HBsAg Test (Hepatitis BSurface Antigen), HSV 1&2 IgG and IgM Antibody. STDs like chlamydia gonorrhea etc are not detected via blood test they require PCR test (usually urine but in case of receptive anul *** swab Test from *** and in case of oral swab test from ***). Thought there are symptoms which can see but sometimes there are not.

And in case you had unprotected *** definitely get tested and take doxycycline 1tab(after some food)within 1 hour after unprotected *** (it helps to reduce risk of some stds) and another dosage after 6-7hrs to ensure maximum effectiveness. STDs are getting common though through advancements in medicine a lot of reduction has happened in deaths related to aids(if detected on time) stds can go unnoticed for years if not tested, but the psychological effects, metal peace…use protection if in doubt get tested

My balls / scrotum and upper pubic regions have been itching terribly for the past 2 months. Not continuously, but mostly in the night. I scratch it real hard and then the itching subsides. But happens almost regularly. I am not very active sexually, but even when I indulge it’s just kissing and orals, no penetrative ***. I tried scabies medicine, didn’t help. I took doxycycline also not much help. Didn’t like to see a doctor either. Anyone in here who can suggest medicines or ointment that might help?

@Twinklover45 It seems that you got pubic lice. It's also a sort of STI that can be easily treated with Permethrin Cream. Pubic lice active only in dark and that is why you feel itching in your groin area only in night. Just do one thing today, just switch off your room lights and take off your underwear and switch on your mobile torch light then only you will be able to spot them on your groin.

@Ajudesh posts, "Guys. Is receiving oral *** without a condom safe in terms of HIV?"
The chance of transmitting/contracting HIV through oral *** is considered to be very low compared to having unprotected ***/vaginal ***.
The person with gum disease, fresh cuts and open sores in the *** have chances of contracting HIV if his partners ejaculates in his ***.
However, so far, there are no reported case that HIV has been transmitted via oral ***; you are most likely and easy to get infected by syphilis, gonorrhoeic, chlamydia and many other STDs
through oral ***.

@Twinklover45, If you have fungus or yeast infection on your groin/balls/scrotum area you will know because there will be round red or white rashes & discoloration and may be swelling around the edges of the rashes with the symptom of irritation, itchy or dry & scaly.
There are so many fungal & yeast infection and the most common being ringworm, eczema, jock itch.. If it's red round rashes with inflammation around the edges than it's ringworm, If it's not round but irregular red, discolored or dry scaly patches than it could be eczema or some kind of yeast or fungal infections. If you have irregular red rashes between you inner thighs and scrotum which is itchy or irritating than you have Jock itch.
If you have the any or multiple of above conditions, you should consult a doctor.
If you have none of the above conditions, most likely you have been infected with microscopic mites called as scabies as many have suggested in this thread.
You might have scattered pimple like skin rashes around your groin, scrotum, *** or your whole body that's the mites burrowing under your skin. It's very hard/tough to get rid of scabies if you are hairy, that is,
if you have lots of body hair because these mites will travel all around your body laying eggs. Try using Creams or lotions containing permethrin, benzyl benzoate, crotamiton, sulfur; apply it to the infected area or the
entire body from the neck down if you have hairy body. These medications kill the mites and their eggs. You said in your post that you tried scabies treatment but it appears you didn't treat properly or seriously;
you might have tried apply cream/lotion few times but FYI, the scabies treatment may take few weeks or even months depending upon the severity of your infections

@needsugardad, Herpes is highly contagious/infectious and it's a very common disease through out the world and about more than 50% of the world population under age 50 which is 3.8 billion people are infected
with Herpes. Herpes 1 &2 they come and go and for some, after getting infected, after the first or few occurrence they never occur and for majority herpes occur periodically.
There is no treatment for herpes 1 & 2 but there are medication available to control the occurrence of herpes and cream/ointment to treat herpes soars or lesions.
Don't have to worry a lot about Herpes 1 & 2 because it's not fatal but there are rather a nuisance.

Permethrin is the solution for scabies. It's toxic so it should not get in contact with eyes or ***. Apply neck to foot fully, keep it for some hours and then take a bath. Repeat atleast three times weekly once to be sure. Whenever you apply medicine, same day wash all your clothes, bedsheets etc with hot water to kill any eggs in them. Then you should be good.

No Picture

Xvander10400
Posted On Sep 6, 2025

Permethrin must be used daily , the ideal dosage is 5% ointment from neck to toes. Including the under-the-nail area . Atleast from 2-3 weeks.
The clothes must be washed in high temperature and and bed must be vacuumed. But scabies can also spread from your frnds clothes which people in hostel frequently do. So pls be careful guys.

@Twinklover45 pls get yourself tested some time this might also be the starting phase or initiative stage of syphilis. Then within a month or 2 , nodule formation starts and then it gets worse so better get yourself tested.
