Caught the eye of a dark guy who also seemed to be cruising. How damn stupid I was. Fell into a well-orchestrated trap head on. This bloke after making eye contact came to pee. First went to another urinal, then came and stood next to me. I peeped. He wasn't peeing. was shaking his ***. I tentatively put my hand into his side of the partition and touched. Maybe it was a 6th sense, didn't stay for long. Then came the horrible part. As I walked out, I felt a hand firmly grasp the back of my neck. I instantly knew, I'd been framed. This was an older guy. He showed me his ID. Too quickly, for me to really scrutinise. They started to walk me towards the concourse. I told them I had to buy a ticket. They said no need they were cops....public servants etc. At one stage I sat on a bench. That's when the older guy started raising his voice and saying loudly what I was doing. He even snatched away my specs. I was *** scared by now. People had started looking. They made me board a train and took me to Grant Road (W). I was locked in a room (which they later told me was used for interrogation.) To cut a horrible story short, I was made to sign a statement, the younger guy wrote in Marathi. This said what I was doing. He asked if I *** and took it in....I really didn't know what was happening and blurted out that I sometimes ***. This was recorded. They took my mobile and started seeing all the photos in it. Took down nos. of my members of my family and work place. Told me they'll start calling. Gave me option of calling a lawyer and/or a friend who could pay. Then very slyly suggested a "way out". The younger one took the statement and stepped outside saying he would show this to his superior. Came back saying, his superior said I should be thrown into jail. Then both said there was option of jail or a "way out". I knew exactly where this was heading. I'd fallen victim to an extortion attempt headlong. Finally, our of sheer panic and despair, went with the younger guy to an ATM. Ended up giving Rs. 50,000/-. Am crying my heart out. Both at the way I was treated like a petty criminal, the fact I don't have the courage to tell my loved ones and the loss of such a large amount. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE/ HELP ME WHAT TO DO. The fact that I did touch this guy's (cop's) *** in a "public place" with section 377 hanging over us doesn't help. The older guy later started "counselling" me. Told me to marry and watch Baba Ramdev shows to control my mind. Please, please, please is there anyone here who can help? Please do.

A homophobic nation where a man loving a *** rather than a *** is a taboo. The worst part is that most of us can't tell our family about it. Really feel sad for you. I remember few months ago I was at Churchgate station loo (probably the same where you had this horrific experince), a middle aged guy did try to make eye contact with me. You knows I am not realy fan of this whole cruising stuff because I am scared AF about such things. We live in India where we are ILLEGAL. This almost was going to happen with me recently @ Ghansoli station, There was this guy who was trying to seduce, but luckily another guy entered and he approached me before, so we went to the Toilet where he *** me off, I came out of the Toilet after 5 Minutes and this other guy who was standing was waiting with another guy.. I didn't realise what was the plan, So I came and lighted a cigarette to smoke, These 2 guys then approached me and started asking me my ID and my whereabouts, I just asked them who are they and why do I need to inform them, he tried to show some card(Which I suppose was some Aadhar card) I felt it was some fake trap and started shouting more than them, There was rickshaw stand and lots of rickshaw guys were standing, These guys took some cheap phone out of their packet and tried to act as if going to call cops, I immediately made a call to one of my friend and started speaking in English as if am making call to some big shot, They got scared and just mumbled within themselves and ran away. My friend just told me to relax and leave the place immediately. I think this was some fake cops racket trying to act like cops and make money. Are you sure these were real cops?

In fact hardly any cases are registered under section 377. It is used mainly to extract money for gullible guys. So one need not have been scared and accompanied them. But again, easier said than done. I am not sure I would have shown the same presence of mind and courage which I am writing about. But then criusing at loos, touching strangers or meeting them at secluded places are full of danger. There was a news about how a gay policeman (yes) was looted by a crook from pr. My choice is to use my own hand and the privacy of my own home to watch gay ***, to satisfy myself. But again, that is my choice.

You should approach Humsafar immediately so that cops are informed and action is taken. Most probably these cops are imposters. It is a business. I am sure you can remember how they look. Please dont let this go. Its high time we fought back. I am ready to help you in any way possible. Humsafar is well equipped with lawyers who will follow the correct procedure. If you like we can meet up and take this seriously. The more scared we are the more money these bastards make. It is no one;s business if two adults are consenting for any act. The Indian penal code doesnt mention anything against homosexuals in particular. The fine print of Sec 377 does not mention sexual orientation. You can always say he was the first one to make a move and you resisted. In the rare case they ask you to strip for medical examination, presence of smegma /precum under uncut *** can imply recent sexual activity, but conclusive dna on each other's bodies is needed to confirm sexual contact. Agree to 'jail', they'd eventually have to let you go for the lack of proof. Part with your phone without a warrant??? That's blatant violation of privacy!

Going by the posts on this thread I feel it is time to reiterate a few things that are inherent in the kind of "cruising" that gay men indulge in. First and foremost, there is no such thing as safe cruising! Unfortunately in India, the biggest risk comes from corrupts cops who treat gay people as easy targets for extortion. This latest example proves it works and they make easy money out of it without any fear of getting caught or retaliation of any kind. In India specifically, because of sec 377, gay men are easy targets and since most are in the closet, the fear of being outed is the biggest tool the corrupt cops have. They prey on this fear and that is what makes it easy for them. So the one thing that can save you if you find yourself in such a situation is to stand your ground and to not give in to fear. It may be difficult but considering the final outcome it may be the only thing that may save you. I will not go into too much details but most of these "cops" will be out of their elements if you "agree" to being taken to the police station and refusing to hand over your phone/personal property etc. In fact if you insist on being taken to a proper police station instead of shady places where they are counting on others not being present, they will most likely back off. They will let you off when they know you are not scared of being outed or of blackmail. Being confident and firm is the key here. If anyone here is willing to write down about all the risks associated with cruising and also how to tackle such situations, I will post it on the website and make it available on all the cruising forums for the benefit of the members here. In case if some thug tries to extort money or tries to blackmail you, two people will be in a better position to tackle the trouble rather than a single person. Take a trusted partner with you and reduce the risk of getting roughed up or being an extortion victim.

There were two other guys in the loo standing next to each other when I entered. One of them had a bag. Even I had a bag. I went and stood at a urinal leaving one from them. I guessed they'd just entered the loo as well. The guy without the bag looked like a mavali, but he was openly flashing his *** while the guy with the bag was peeping over to his urinal. He took a chance and reached over to his ***. The moment he touched his ***, the mavali dude zipped up, gave him a look and marched out. We both understood what had happened. I walked out before him and he followed. I saw a civil dressed man with a moustache approaching the loo and this mavali guy standing a few feet behind. This guy came up to me and said, "Chalo mere saath". I was so *** scared, I could just mutter "huh?", but then the mavali guy said, "ye bag wala nahi, uske peeche wala", so the moustache guy allowed me to proceed. I didn't turn back to see what happened, didn't have the balls (because they were already in my *** throat). A train had already pulled into the station, I boarded it and left.

BTW on a related note, i experienced something similar when I was not even cruising. I genuinely went to take a leak at the borivali stn loo when one guy kept flashing his *** to me and kept trying to look at mine too. I just ignored him at first but then me being a pecker checker, i gave one glimpse at his member before i zipped up and left the loo. So i walked to the staircase and as i was alighting, the same guy was following me and trying to make a conversation. I just ignored him. Then he started grabbing my crotch on the staircase, i shoo'ed him away timidly. Then he grabbed my hand and put it on his crotch, and people were staring. I moved it away and continued walking up the stairs. Then he started whispering to me, ek thanda pila de 50 rupiye ka. I ignored him. Till this time he was soft spoken but then suddenly he started using a threatening tone, he pulled my shirt and started saying 'ache se bol raha hu, 50 rupiya de ya tere kapde utar duga'. I lost my cool, and I shoved him and dropped him down and started cussing at him. I kind of felt that he must be one of those guys that cops use to frame people. So i didn't bother getting too deeply involved until and unless he makes another move. So i decided to continue walking up the stairs, a few steps later i looked back to see if he was following me, but he just tucked his tail between his legs and went away.
No Picture premdadar	Posted On Sep 2, 2017 yesterday i was waiting for my frnd near churchgate stn as he was getting late i was keeping rounds in loo outside stn as it was evening time i could not *** any guy as people were continously entering. i noticed a handsome very fair guy like any bottom will fall for him. the mixed angry+tensed look on his face confused me if he came in loo for ***. still i managed to stand next to him in urinal but he simply left so i told myself that he is not interested. later i was leaving as my frnd was getting late but again he told me to wait. it was 9 pm. i again entered loo and saw only two people inside:the handsome guy and one aged guy. i was feeling to join them but to my fortune i was coming out of loo and what i saw really frightened me:the handsome guy was asking old guy to *** his ***,the old man refused then that handsome said "fir kyu aaya?" and started slapping him continously. i immeditely came out of loo and saw another matured guy entering,he asked me kya hua i said andar maramari ho rahi he.the handsome guy dragged the oldie out and still was beating him. i realized that ot was a scene of extortion. i and other cruisers waited outside loo and were talking about incident. in that time the handsome guy came out and gave a seducing look to one more guy outside loo.we wanted to alert him but he wasnt looking at us.he entered inside.in a short time both came out and i saw the handsome shouting on him. by that time my frnd reached and i told him what happpned.he said he is aware of that guy.that guy is from dongri and he is charsi.when he runs out of money he seduces bottoms with his looks and big *** and once they are trapped he asks for money. guys please be alert if any very goodlooking guy easily offers u for ***.its probably a trap.

No Picture Rajeev Paul	Posted On Sep 7, 2017 It was very recently I was at the loo outside Churchgate Station.Suddenly a man entered who was short in hieght ,age about 40-45 with thick moustache.He tried every attempt to attract my attention.After a while he came and stood beside me and tried getting a glimpse of my ****.I ignored him throughout.He then moved towards the entrance and called up another guy over phone stating...abhi bhi Andar hai...I could sense some foul play going on however I jst stood there and decided to get my way out once the person moves out.As the person left one more guy entered who was thin and tall again in late thirties.Even he was trying to watch out the guys inside the loo.After 5 mins I left the loo and started moving towards the station fidleling with my phone.The moustache Guy followed me and came close to me and said Kya hua Ghar Jaa rahe hain.I ignored him maintained my pace.He kept his had on my shoulder told me Ghar Jaa rahe hain kya and immediately grabbed my palm firmly pretending he was handshaking.I removed my hand from his hold.By now the second guy and another person also came close to me and blocked my way.He told me ye hamare sahab hain.I told kya hua.Itni der andar hila raha tha puchta hai kya hua.pata nhi hai kya kar Raha tha andar.sharif ghar ka dikhta hai to chordh raha hun.Bol sahab Ko ki main phirse yahan nhi aunga aur ye sab Kutch nhi karunga.So I told him ki mainey to Kutch bhi nhi kiya but tum hi jhaank rahe the aur loo se picha kar rahe ho .To wo bola main yaha shor macha ke bolun kya ki tu loo mein kya kar Raha tha.Shor karna hai karo main to kutch bhi nhi kar tha.Second one supported the first one saying ye Hila raha tha.He tried every bit to make me admit something which may be other one was recording on his phone. They tried to take me towards the rear side but I resisted and stood very close to the exit as the area is crowded and is under surveillance.the drama went on for 10 mins and then they decided to leave.

No Picture amanjh	Posted On Jan 27, 2018 hi now after reading the comments, i must post my observations, compare yourself mentally to the other guy standing in the loo (top or bottom doesn't matter). his looks, unkempt hair, unshaved, worn out slippers, t-shirts, torn dirty jeans, MOST IMPORTANT NO BAG. would these be the type of people going to office or college. even a labourer, construction worker, agriculture worker would have a WORKMAN LOOK on his face and coming to the toilet for fun would be plainly seen on his face. so if the mental image of what i have put down does not sync with the OTHER Guy, BEWARE, Moreover *** addicts have a sleepy (trying to keep their eyes open ) look always. and ofcourse they need the kick soon, so the extortion plan.
