Yes and also this section says that if its with mutual consent. Now think if local goone or cop in civil dress or some1 who is pulling u in honey trap says to police / authorities that he has been forced to do that by you and was not at all willing to do... u will land in trouble.... |

Understand this. The police threaten to book guys caught in compromising ways using GENERALLY a combination of 3 laws (there could be more).
1. Section 110 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951, is the Mumbai Police’s go-to law when it comes to charging those who “behave indecently in public”.
It reads: 'No person shall willfully and indecently expose his person in any street or public place or within sight of and in such manner as to be seen from, any street or public place, whether from within any house or building or not, or use indecent language or behave indecently or riotously, or in an office station or station house.'
Cops use this to target regular couples a lot too.
Although in Nov 2015, the top cops had decided not to use this against couples thence forth, it was not changed in the law & I don't know what the status is right now.
2. section 294 of IPC which says:
Whoever, to the annoyance of others-
(a) Does any obscene act in any public place, or
(b) Sings, recites or utters any obscene song, balled or words, in or near any public place,
Shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine, or with both.
Cops use this in hotel/bungalow raids as the definition of public place is not clearly defined here. There have been quite a few victories against this in court cases.
3. And then there's section 377 which was for special use against gays but has now thankfully been revoked, It stated:
Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with 1[imprisonment for life], or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine. Explanation.—Penetration is sufficient to constitute the carnal intercourse necessary to the offence described in this section.
So, even after losing sec 377. The cops can still very much catch u and proceed against you.
Although there are laws which can be used in cases where the cops start to threaten you into extortion.
1. Section 384 of IPC for extortion: Cops can been booked under extortion for intentionally threatening lovers of registering an offence against them or exposing them before the society to extract monetary and other favours.
2. Section 392 of IPC for robbery: Cops can be booked for robbery if they are found to have forcibly wrenched cash or other valuables from lovers threatening to take action or other harms.
Proceedings for suspension or removal from service: City police commissioner can suspend a personnel after inquiry if he or she has been found have violating discipline. In extreme cases, a personnel can be dismissed from service following the provision of Article 311 of constitution.
Please also note that its not very easy to prove that a cop was extorting you without any proof whereas its extremely easy for a cop to create an artificial witness (which is required by law) to prove what u were caught doing or in some cases even an exaggerated version of it.
I hope all this information helps in handling/predicting these kinda scenarios a bit better for everyone.

The kurla loo on platform no 5 n 6 had become pay and use and its fully illuminated there is a lady sitting outside the loo collecting money so the chances of having fun inside is not at all possible |

#kraj ... Anyways there will be no more action here. Two/three cleaners sit just at the entrance of the urinals, through out the day, to collect money for the usage.
They will even shout at you if you stay there lil longer inside the urinal.
Very sad... the place is gone.
This happend after the video went viral.

Finally went here after 2 years. Came to munbau again. Dead now..lasy was outside and took 1 rs and no one in the loo. After few time 2 guys came but stood faar away and looked straight. Miss all those golden days here..same place, same interior but only atmosphere changed.
Noting now....missed all golden days inside the loo. |
