Anyone with Fisting experience in Chennai

I recently come accross one master top profile in gr . I chatted with him , he said he is into figuring and and wristing / fusting , he said that will give too much pleasure with booze / hf. , I got curious and googled about it. ,i got scared after watching video so I didn't proceed further.. is anyone has the experience in giving or getting , pls do share your experience, will it be painfull and pleasure? What is the proper way to do it ?
