Why do some people don't even have basic info in their profile. Basic info is Age, position and body structure. Why would you think anyone would be interested in speaking to you if you don't even provide basic info for anyone to know if you fit in their filter.

Well u have a point.
Not just here, almost every gay dating apps has these kind of blank profiles. e. g. Grinder pe dekha hoga khudki profiles blanks but profiles name honge no pic no reply not interested.
