the park remains empty in early morning around 4am and its free to enter at that time, only if you are not scared of darkness you can visit there and enjoy, also sometimes you can find guys in the bathroom. I visit there daily, either you can find me also. I fu*ked there in open for more than 3 times, its too much fun. If waking up early is not an issue for you then surely you can visit there. but going there after 4.30 or 5 is a waste, people come there for exercise then. but almost no one uses the toilet so it have a high potential to be a cruising spot
