How is your fitness journey going ?

Might seem a bit off topic but considering our changing lifestyles I wanted a thread wherein we could discuss about fitness and our steps towards it.

I have been working out in gym and preparing myself for marathon. This has helped me a lot to relieve from stress and feel active and in high spirits.

I would welcome you guys to share your experience, where do you stand now and what are you fitness plans before the end of this year.

Let's make this thread a community to inspire others and help each other to live a better lifestyle.

I firmly believe in the comedian Surendra Sharma. He says "ghoda zindagi bhar daudta hai fir bhi sirf 20 saal jeeta hai. Kachua aram se leta rehta hai aur 100 saal se zyada jeeta hai." Fitness??? Engineers who alway have to keep the wheels turning never get time for themselves. How to make time for fitness???

@SnowDoe Nice topic.
I am not particularly so called 'Muscular' but everyday in the morning I do half an hour Resistance Training and Half an hour Yoga+meditation. In the evening, if I will get time I do weight training for 15-20 mins. I seriously wanted to join the gym but due to my hybrid work mode, I can't as I have to juggle between my hometown and Pune. I have been following this routine since many years even though I have not seen major changes in my body but I do really feel good whole day due to that.
