Whats your take on this .. who should pay on a date .. both the guys or one who invites ..or they should decide before hand to split the bill / Go Dutch .

A healthy friendship or dating situation usually looks more balanced:

One person pays this time, the other pays next time.

Or each person pays for their own meal.

Or one person offers sincerely, and the other reciprocates in some meaningful way later.

If someone repeatedly accepts your generosity but rarely or never reciprocates, it's reasonable to question whether the relationship is balanced.

If it's a date here should be intimacy.
I think either the guy who invites or one person pays this time and the other pays next is an excellent way to build a kind of intimacy instead of making it formal by splitting/paying their own meal.
