I recently visited downtown mall, Newtown. The mall remains mostly empty, just a few casual strollers. Don't know about the washrooms specifically, but the emptiness of the mall seems conducive enough for low action cruising in the washrooms. Lots of open air space for hanging without indulging in anything explicit too. I went around 2:30 to 3 pm in the afternoon, don't know how the place looks at other times... let us know if anyone's got any experience.. |
