Repair/treat torn anus opening/cheeks
Some guys like me might have destructed their anus opening due to wrong object insertion or improper fisting. I wanted to create this thread for healing this condition. We can discuss and share knowledge on this.

Warm water sitz bath and good *** healing medicine like anovate. |

1. Take sitz bath twice a day with warm water and betadine solution in it.
2. And then apply anovate cream/lignocaine gel.
3. Drink plenty water, have curd. Drink Isabgol at night with warm water.
If it happened during *** without condom, then go to NGO like Naz or YRG care or a general physician. You can get STDs!! |

Eat high fibre food and good water intake.....i did this for 2 days and my hole was back to normal
And avoid thick *** for one week |
