• The Best Timing: * Morning: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Great for walks, though it gets very quiet and empty after 9:30 AM if you want privacy).

No Picture Akshay_Joshi	Posted On Sep 18, 2026 Yes,,I can see many teen guys seating there on benches and steps near the gazebo type structure and around 7:30 PM around they go to washroom in a group and one guys stays outside the door of washroom to watch and alarm of anybody coming inside washroom..it was dark earlier but when I went recently the care taker of the garden switched on the lights in washroom..not sure if got any hint of this activity..after that I haven't been there yet.
