You will find a lot of people walking the bridge looking for fun. They will walk back and forth on the same bridge. Build eye contact. And then you can look for a place nearby. Around night 11:30/12 and after that the place is mostly empty so it is good for fun. Just be little careful. Sometimes cops come there for rounds. But otherwise it is a good spot
