Recently I had a renal colic pain while at work but was immediately taken to the Godrej Hospital within the Godrej premises. They sorted it out with a pain killer saline and asked me to consult a urologist or take an appointment of any visiting doctor here. Hence I took an appointment at Urological Clinic, New Panvel as I had visited him long back due to similar issue in 2015-2016. I took an appointment on a weekday considering less rush. I asked a friend to take my appointment as they don't take appointments on call. He visited late morning so got a late number. I called the clinic in the afternoon to check my status while the lady said you're number is 13 out of 15. Hence I left early from work as the appointments start at 5.30pm, I called again when I crossed Mankhurd, where I got to know that 8 patients have already done with consultation so I asked here to move my number to last, if I'm not able to make up till my number comes. I did reach at 6:45 just to see that 14th patient was in, so I asked the receptionist to ask the 15th patient to go in and I might go in later. The last patient was done and the assistant came out with the doctor's bag just while he left the receptionist went in to inform doctor as I was late couldn't can we consider him for today.
He asked to come in, good thing I felt nobody other than the doctor, he asked for my previous history. I showed all, he put on his rubber gloves and asked me to drop down my pants and underwear. He first started doing abdominal palpation to identify tenderness, swelling, or muscle rigidity caused by the stone moving through your urinary tract.
