A high fiber diet is a good plan to easily keep your *** clean, metamucil in the USA, but similar products exist in India. Muselix or any other high fiber item oats etc.
Also Tramadol is cool, gets you high and is a bit of a pain reliever making it easier to get *** longer.

Many people use Lox 2% gel for *** which is cheap around 40 rs, it's not actually lubricant
It just stretching your muscles and you may get hemorrhoids/piles after regular uses.

Don't take any risk
Buy proper water based lubricant
It's expensive though but don't spoil your *** life
