Possible cruising spots in Coonoor but seems nothing happening

I was on a tour to Ooty recently and I came to Coonoor too. I saw 2 free public urinals that can possibly be a cruising spots but seems nothing happening. If anyone out there go there or live nearby can change those as cruising spots. That chill climate and having fun on those time will be pleasurable.

1. Public urinal near market. This one is nearby the market area nearby bus stand like 100-200m away from bus stand on mount road. There will be some autos parked opposite to a temple. 2. Again an urinal this one is next to Sims park. There will be a bakery named New Indian bakery on Kotagiri road just next to Sims park compound. And there will be a small road goes to its left and the urinal and toilet will be there for both men and women.
