That complex is pretty much abandoned as it was sealed by the VMC. It is completely isolated and there are lots of hidden darks spots and few guys hangout like a normal men's hangout spot, which can be potential cruising spot. The place has only limited or very rare dark and hiding spots and the stairs leading inside of the building are locked. Only fore court and outside basement shops side is accessible. Also multiple vehicles pass through that road but for now the road has been made diverted because of road construction. Plus it is surrounded by residential homes, people walking and other people who wants some silence also visit that place. However there is one opportunity to have fun inside but kinda risky too.
