Reay road PF1 CST end loo

It is at the very end of CST side, next to the roadside exit. Not a cruising spot but has good potential, rarely anybody visits (not sure a lot of people know it exists) and is open enough to see if anyone is coming. Washrooms are far inside so even more safer. Let's make this a spot everyone!
