Government colony, BKC
I happened to visit chetna college in bandra East n just explored around the area as had time to kill. The entire government colony buildings have been vacated for the high court. Some have been demolished but some are still there like ghost buildings. Perfect place for cruising. Anybody been there?? Reply/Post a comment

Yes, I have been to this place, and I have enjoyed there many times. But recently, two hijras have started coming there at night. One of them is a bit overweight and fair, and usually wears women’s clothes. The other one stays with him but wears men’s clothes. Because of these two, the cruising at this spot has become very bad. They do not allow other bottoms to cruise freely and sometimes even catch and threaten them.
One of them once tried to stop and threaten me on the road at night. Even though I am a bottom, I have a fairly masculine body language and a decent physique, so he could not really do much to me. Still, because of these two hijras, A ONCE GOOD CRUISING SPOT HAS BEEN SPOILED.
These are the government colony buildings opposite Hanuman Mandir in Bandra East. The buildings are completely vacant. Earlier, I have met many local people from Bandra there, as well as Uber and Rapido drivers. Few local top and bottom gays also used to cruise there. But now, since these two hijras have started coming and creating problems, I do not think it is safe to go there. From a safety point of view, it has become risky.

Yes, you can definitely go there during the daytime. In fact, I feel going during the day is more suitable, because people generally do not expect any sexual activity to take place at that time, so they do not pay much attention. You can enter the building quite comfortably and even go inside the vacant flats and enjoy yourselves without much disturbance. Also, during the daytime, those transgender individuals are usually not present there.

Since it was Sunday, the day was pretty relaxed. Most of you already know that I work around BKC, so I often connect with people from that area on Gr*nd*. For the past few days, I had been chatting with a 23-year-old guy. I had a place available, but he wasn’t willing to travel. LAST NIGHT ENJOYMENT & ALERT

Whether those men were real police or not, such situations can cause trouble and sometimes even lead to harassment or blackmail.
So it’s better to be cautious while going to places like that.

Jordan3895 is referring to Buildings A10, A11, and A12.
Even though these buildings face the highway, you need to enter them from near the Hanuman Temple.
One important thing to note: there is an entry to this lane right in front of the Hanuman Temple, but you should avoid using it, as there are many dogs there and they may chase you.
Instead, walk a little further ahead until you reach Building A-9. From there, take the road that goes inside toward the highway.
All three buildings are completely vacant. However, avoid going to A12, as there is a water pipeline issue which has caused water to accumulate throughout the building. The floors are slippery as well.
