IIT MADRAS
There are lots of bushes inside IIT Madras, near Veena Vaani Park and Kendriya Vidyalaya Park. At night, it’s completely dark and a very good place. I usually meet people here

Do they allow people to get inside, common people to roam inside. It's a good place to just hang out just alone. |
