There is a vacant plot of land next to Nari Shiksha Niketan Graduate College.
I went to this empty place last night. I was at the Kaiserbagh bus stand for some work and asked about a restroom. They told me there was an empty space further ahead where I could go. When I went there, some people were standing around, urinating, and some were masturbating. I was shocked to find such a place so close by...
