How to identify guys in public

I mean like if some hot looking guy was looking at you but you didn't know if he is into you not but you like him and you can't make a move because you are in the public so what should we do. Make a sign or signal that I am interested in you.

Like looking into the guys eyes and touch your left ear or right ear what your hand so the the guy can understand it so you guy can go and talk somewhere. Like it is easy to make a move like that right whenever you are in the public.

If you guys have any better ideas plz tell us
