Worth to do liposuction, be aware of scar, you need good doctor they can make use of latest technology for minimal scar and for best results.
Try to do liposuction for tummy for full confidence. Seems Tamira hospital doing well. |

Reduce body weight (isolated gynacomastia is rare.. If so there could be underlying hormonal pathologies which will not go away with surgery... THIS IS JUST A POSSIBILITY.. NEEDNOT BE THERE FOR SURE)...
There is no conclusive proof that it will not recur after surgery.. So u can't keep on doing the same moving from one knife man (surgeon) to other..
Try to do weight training exercises (start with less).. Join pucca professional gyms.. Give some time.. Make it a life habit.. Bring down BMI to lowest normal..
This will flush body fat from everywhere.. And this is sustainable for life..
I don't think surgery is a final nod, maybe reserve it for last resort (I suggest not to) |

A simple operation. Talk to a good general surgeon. After the removal, do body training. Believe me, the operation is worth it

Lovely ppl out there wanna update this thread..finally went under the knife..its been two weeks since the surgery and wearing a compression vest for the healing process..it feels so good not to have a weird look even by nearest kith or kins when i were a tee or slim fit shirt..looks like the compression vest need to be worn for 6 weeks and provided the chennai weather its kind of uncomfortable..but nothomg compared to the extra baggage i was carrying all along..once healed completely will join a gym to get a decent contour on my chest which i have been dreaming of |
