Ways to revive or create a cruising spot
This thought came to my mind.
There are many spot in and around Mumbai or for that matter in India, that could be a good cruising spot.
I have and idea, we can throw some condoms and condom wrappers in those spots. This will help and create curiosity amongst those interested, may be they are or are not on this site.
This will develop these places for cruising.
This applies to dead crushing places too.
You all can give suggestions

My exposure to Mulund panch rasta loo started this way.
I was not on this site during those days, was just passing by that loo and felt like urinating. When I entered there was no one inside but there were packets of used condom lying around. This made me curious and I visited this place again to check if some action is happening.

Some guy showed me a local train station toilet where a lot of crusing happens in the Kurla-CSMT line. I don't remember which station it was though. Could somebody let me know.
