Somebody told me about Sanjay Van through gate 3 and Qutub Park in Qutub institutional area for best cruising even in day. However, it was a disappointed, we are 2 friends, roamed there for 3 hour. Didnt see anything. Anyone any luck in Katwariya Sarai? Share the hotspots and ways to reach
