I had few encounter their, on Saharanpur railway station .

It toward the interaction of gurudwara road or ramleela railway colony road . where all unused railway are parked .

After 7 pm you fill many people roammin on the road 9n their bike or scooty all you need to mentain good eye contact eith them . Best time to visit their 8 pm to 11 and best day is Tuesday as all the Market are shut on that day in sahanpur.
