Hi there,
Lox 2% gel (Lidocaine) is a topical anesthetic meant for local pain relief and minor procedures — not intended for use during sexual activities, especially not for *** intercourse without medical supervision.
Using it bareback (without a condom) is not safe, as the numbing can reduce your natural pain signals. This might lead to tissue damage, tearing, or even internal injury without you realizing it, which increases the risk of infections, including HIV and STDs.
Also, numbing the area might reduce or eliminate the sensation of pleasure, defeating the purpose of intimacy. |

Rather than using numbing gels, it's safer to opt for a good water-based lubricant, take things slowly with gentle foreplay, and keep open communication with your partner to ensure comfort. Water-based lubricants are easily available on platforms like Swiggy, Zepto, or Blinkit, making them convenient to purchase.

To ease pain during M2M *** ***, focus on gentle foreplay, go slow, and use plenty of water-based lubricant. This helps the body relax and reduces friction. Communication is key — check in with your partner and stop if anything hurts. Avoid numbing gels, as they can mask pain and lead to injury. If pain continues, it’s best to consult a doctor. |

I have used Durex Play Feel which is water-based and good. But I found their silicone-based lube even better it's called Perfect Glide had no issues and it felt better than the water based one.
I live abroad, so this is bought off the shelf in any drugstore like Superdrug or Boots. Durex being a worldwide brand I'm sure they should have it in India as well. |
