This evening, I went to a hospital in Andheri West to visit a relative. The visit was over within ten or fifteen minutes, and since I had plenty of time and Citi Mall was just about ten minutes away, I decided to go there on my scooter.
First, I checked the toilet on the ground floor. As people had already mentioned, it is quite small, so I don't think it is really suitable for anything. I then went to the larger toilet on the first floor, which, from a cruising point of view, is actually quite suitable.
As soon as you enter, there is a washbasin on the right. The toilets are on the opposite side, to your left. If you walk a little further and turn right, you reach the urinals. This makes it difficult for someone entering through the main door to see what is happening around the urinals. So, from a privacy point of view, this area is relatively suitable for ***, while the other person can keep an eye on whether anyone is approaching from outside.
However, I wouldn't recommend using the toilet cubicles. The doors are open at the bottom, and each cubicle is basically large enough for only one person. If two people are inside, two pairs of footwears would easily be visible from outside, so I don't think you can really lock the door and do anything there without attracting attention.
I was there roughly between 7:00 and 7:30 pm, and I didn't meet anyone during that entire time. I wasn't really expecting to, either. It was Sunday, so most of the offices in the mall were closed, and my timing wasn't particularly suitable for cruising anyway. I had mainly gone there to check out the spot.
During the half hour I was there, quite a few people came in, but only two or three of them went towards the urinals. Most of the others were there to use the toilets.
One interesting thing was that some of you may know Kanti Shah, the B-grade filmmaker whose movies featured an actress named Sapna. He happened to come into this toilet. Obviously, nothing was going to happen with him, and I have no idea why he was there. He came in, used the urinal, and left. Just before leaving, though, he gave me a quick glance.
Overall, I would say this is definitely a good spot. If you happen to meet someone there, that's great. Alternatively, if you meet someone in the surrounding area, you could easily take him here. The toilet felt relatively quiet and discreet to me.
