Just go and smoke with them, it's a great socialising behaviour.
Start with random talks, about climate, India, security, etc.
Go on about what do you do, etc.
Or pretend to speak over a call to a gay partner.
Pretend to say something very very seductive on call.
when you say this, make sure he listens to you, later observe his behaviour, if he's interested, wink at him.
