@Chiggywiggy This would be common with many others. It's like performance pressure. You feel someone is watching or shy about the process.
Since, I love peeking and watching *** in urinal so I am excited and try to urinate with people around. You can take this as a motivation.
But it happened only twice in life during my late teens in my coaching. Once, when I was urinating in the same washroom with other 2 guys in locked door. They had previously done that, so they peed and went away but I couldn't. So I waited for them to leave.
2nd instance, when there was a long queue behind me waiting at the urinal. I couldn't pee. Since you brain is under pressure.
How to overcome this?
It will happen step by step.
1. Choose to pee in a new or uncomfortable setting.
Like Try using washrooms where you have never been in office or malls.
2. Use urinals when there is no one or only 1 person around.
3. Share this problem with a friend who you hang out with most and trust. So when you guys go out - the 1 person around could be only he.
4. Switch on the water /flush when you stand at the urinal, the sound might help you or listen to water flowing sound in earphones while peeing in public. |
