Yes, even I have noticed this thing. A guy comes and claps inside. But I have also seen him keeping a watch outside and check if anyone is coming inside the loo. He even shouted in English to one of the old uncle who was consistently following a guy, even though that guy was not interested in old uncle. |

I know right.
Freaking crazy.
He's always with someone. Meaning..his friend will be waiting outside near his bike. Then he comes along...n then both of them keep watch. The moment someone goes inside or roams around... He starts clapping. |

Even when I went this guy came and clapped inside, checked all the loo’s and then came out and clapped. Who is this guy? This is bit scary too when you are alone bcz he is weird looking. Anyone knows who he is ? What is he trying to do? |
