How to Overcome premature ejaculation..
Hi guys
I'm facing such issue like early *** like within 2 - 3 seconds I'll *** same with masturbation . I need someone to give any advice.. i tried some but didn't work.. being a man I'm facing such issue... Yesss..there are a lot of methods
1) Kegel excersises to increase your Performance try it on YouTube
2) Delay condoms are available in the market what they do is they desensitise the area so that the sensation is reduced and you don't *** quick .
3) Use lidocaine gel on your *** then wear a condom this is the predecessor to delay condoms ,lidocaine or lignocaine gel is a anesthetic *** which benumbs the area which its applied .

It's better you get consulted with a general surgeon
And get your *** circumscribed
If there's a frictions theres likely to be pain and the condition you're with is called paraphimosis
So get circumsicion done to have a problem free sexual life

I *** for atleast 30min or more and i dont *** with my wife or other women and only because we both get exausted i *** and relax.
How do i do it? Am not a super hero but practice of several years.
