Pallavaram, under the bridge

In Pallavaram under the bridge that connects 200ft radial road and GST, there is a dark area where people are cruising at night. I went there few days ago and there were 2 people having fun. Then i stood there for a while and another guy came and we had fun too. The location is right next to ramkrish palace.
